How did we stray so far from our Founding Fathers? Why are those in power so bent on always grabbing more power? Thomas Paine's wisdom said, "Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state, an intolerable one." Obviously, those in office believe entirely differently, as gov't is taking over every facet of our lives. Those in office that scorn our founders' wisdom, scorn our Constitution & scorn us, The People. When do WE unite & leave no doubt, by the millions, of our scorn for them? Throw every one of them out of office! I offer here a short history lesson. Indentured servants "leased" their services out for 4-6 yrs to book passage to the New World, then became "free." Slaves were bought outright, never to be free - were considered as "property." The majority of our Founders hated slavery & freely stated so. Liberals love to sneer at our Founders, conservatives & tea-partys, lately disparaging all with the misunderstood 3/5's Rule that counted slaves as 3/5 of a person. It sounds mean, cruel, unfair, inhuman - just as liberals today want it to - spew hate (without media criticism) to gain political guilt-advantage from the unknowing - YOU perhaps. The ratification of the Constitution was at an impasse back then, & had been for years. The southern states had dense populations of slaves, but not that many "eligible" voters - slaves being considered purchased property to tend the fields & crops. The census was to determine how many representatives each state would have, to vote in the House, so southerners (for this purpose) wanted slaves counted as persons (but their owners would do all the voting). Remember, no woman could vote then either. The North said "NO." It would be an unfair advantage for power (the south had 90% of all the slaves). If the South could count their farm (plantation) slaves, someone said (somewhat sarcastically) then the North should be able to count the horses & mules in their fields. It was heated, & the compromise to finally get Constitutional agreement was to let slaves be counted as 3/5 of a person - 100,000 would be recognized as 60,000 for House Representative numbers & electoral-college voting for President. It was not sinister. It was a necessity of the times, because the South wanted to form its own country. It was a big power thing then. If you think not, consider that right after ratification, the importation of slaves shot way up. The south took heavy political control for many years from that 3/5 compromise. What the north feared was real. It would have been far more power, faster if slaves had been census-counted as "whole" people. Those loving to play today's "race card" using 200 yr old 20-20 hindsight will keep it a festering issue, with media play, for current politics. Fan those flames to your advantage. Ignore the facts of history. Better yet, media, twist & distort them - even lie for still more advantage. Anything goes, just like importing lots more slaves. Cunning takeover of power took us to Civil War back then. Is it rearing its ugly head again?
Obama has over 1,000 advisory panels with over 74,000 members, costing over $400 Mil to taxpayers. In 2000 they cost us $215 Mil & apparently were giving us better advice. Jeff Immelt (Gen Elec) CEO was just Obama-appointed to chairman of the New Jobs Council. This inept bozo ran GE right into the ground, so Obama appointed Immelt onto his Economic Advisory staff after giving his GE $26 Bil in loans. Look how that turned out. And, GE (Immelt) gets huge gov't contracts from an appreciative Obama for all of the sickening propaganda crap Immelt's NBC, CNBC & MSNBC supports him with. GE will get immense gov't Green-energy contracts as Obama's EPA shuts down coal power & mining jobs. GE will take even more of their jobs overseas (where 53% of their workers are already) when Immelt chairs that "New Jobs" post while simultaneously running GE. Neal Boortz said of Obama & Immelt, "They are so in bed together, it's amazing that Immelt is not pregnant!" Immelt gave orders to his 3 "Propaganda News" stations to not say anything negative about Obama, starting early in his campaign. You see his rewards everywhere.
Obama & Company likes to quote the CBO (Cong Budget Off) for facts & figures on how much will be saved, or how such & such can be financed with no "cost" blah blah etc etc. But it's just as the head of the CBO shrugs & says, "Garbage in - garbage out." Their opinion isn't asked, like, does it even pass the "smell" test? I say often, "Figures don't lie, but liars figure." Obama's liars never stop. They just use the CBO's credibility to "sell" their garbage. The figures & scenarios they continually give are a joke but their instructions are to just report back the numbers IF this info given to you is real. The CBO doesn't like being used, just like scientists didn't like "lying" & being used, using false "facts" & numbers to "verify" global-warming. The "smell" test on ObamaCare would tell even an idiot with a head cold that you can't pull $450 Bil from Medicare (which is on the ropes even before all the "boomers" get on board) without very serious repercussions. And yet, that's the only reason it's even remotely "affordable." It's all sheer nonsense that taxpayers know, but their idiot representatives supposedly don't. Obama also didn't bother to include $115 Bil of cost just to implement his "Care!" And, the CBO was told to include the taxation of big Union's "Cadillac" insurance plans that Obama knew he would immediately exempt from paying. It goes on & on, yet only about 16% of all media questions any of these miracle-funding lies! The only bottom-line question really needed is, "How many Trillions is it going to cost us for this pie-in-the-sky B.S. Utopia!? This is why it was fast-tracked unread, but to not be exposed for its economic destruction until after Obama's re-election! New FL represent Allen West (one man you must watch for our future) says it well, "There's a dishonesty in the liberal/progressive/socialist agenda that comes down and says, 'We're here because we care about you; we want what's best for you.' But really, what they want is the control of your life." Just last issue I reported that over 200 organizations & groups (1.5 Mill people) had waivers from compliance. Over 500 more have been added, (729 total) so far! Represent Trey Gowdy (R-SC) said, "If there are exemptions, what was the process by which they were sought and given?" They just have W.H. connections, Trey. That's all that's needed! There are many more to come. These too are violations of our Constitutional rights (individuals & small businessmen) to equal protection under the law. The big guys squeal & squawk & have the lobbying clout, or are already in the fold, so the small business (job-makers) are nailed again, as Obama continues talking "jobs priority" while he slams the door. There's one set of laws for Obama, Congress & all their friends & another set for all of us dummies! Obama studied Constitutional Law for only one purpose - to exploit every weakness & loophole. But our brilliant Founders designed a flawless document. Only the flaws & weaknesses of those in Congress & our Courts can be exploited by evil power-seekers. Only "The People," when they've truly had enough, can remove every damned one of them. I, in my heart, do believe they will - one way - or another. Bill Cosby says, "There are four boxes to be used in defense of Liberty: The soap box, the ballot box, the jury box - and the ammo box. Please use in that order."
Bill Maher (another pathetic liberal comedian with a national audience) gets to rip apart tea-party Americans, our Constitution, our Founding Fathers, belief in God & shout out how rotten & nasty America is. For this he gets paid enormously by our (his words) stinking capitalist system, & his ridicule gets lots of laughs from other lousy Americans. First, you need to know that "tea-baggers" is double entendre - one is an obscene term amongst crude individuals - natural insulting humor to Maher. He said, "Now I want you tea-baggers out there to understand one thing: While you idolize the Founding Fathers & dress up like them, & smell like them, I think it's pretty clear that the Founding Fathers would have hated your guts. And what's more, you would have hated them. They were everything you despise. They studied science, read Plato, hung out in Paris, & thought the Bible was mostly bulls--t." Maher (& Michael Moore) are so like Obama, Pelosi & Reid. They can all just openly lie like crazy & it is readily accepted as truth or humor. And they also treat you like you're so stupid you need to be led around by the nose. You can't be trusted to make the simplest decisions. That other unfunny (loud, full of lies & hate) comedienne, Janeane Garofalo blasted tea-partys (on poisonous MSNBC), "They have no idea what the Boston Tea Party was about. They don't know their history at all. This is about hating a black man in the White House. This is racism straight up. That is nothing but a bunch of tea-bagging rednecks." Maher says, "We have democrats for only one reason, to drag the ignorant hillbilly half of this country into the next century, which in their case is the 19th. They don't understand the issues, they're too stupid. They're like a dog. They can understand inflection. They can understand fear. They can understand dominance. They don't understand issues. You can't actually explain issues to a dog."

He mistakenly cut the throat of the college Dean instead, before he was overwhelmed. The Dean is OK, but this would have been big "news" if it had been any nut on the right, that could even remotely be tied to Palin, Beck, Limbaugh or Tea Party. You know the press stampeded to the blood, full of hope - but had to say, "Dang it! Put down the cameras. He's one of us." Did you see or hear one word of this assassination attempt of a top official? Amazing! More evidence of the sleazy left media.
From the promise of, give us a near Trillion in Stimulus & we'll keep unemployment below 8% to present-day loony-tunes Pelosi saying they saved us from certain 16% unemp & crabbing that they're not getting enough credit, it boggles the mind. Only the addled could spend wildly, like a maniac, then announce (with a straight face), "Deficit reduction has been a high priority for us. It is our mantra, Pay As You Go." Just 3 months ago she said food stamps created jobs! About unemp benefits she said, "This is one of the biggest stimuluses to our economy. It creates jobs faster than almost any other initiative." You might (very loosely) think that this spending gift will help maintain the status-quo (artificially) for those still working, but in NO way can it "create" a job! You can't take money out of the private sector (taxes) & then put that taxed money (now as unemp pay & stamps) back into that same private sector as purchases & say that creates jobs! That is a shell-game explained with political double-talk, smoke & mirrors - and assuming that those listening, are idiots. How did this air-head get to the top & amass all her millions? She totally embarrasses herself. She even said that Obama created more private jobs last year than Bush did in 8! Her brain is mush. These aren't gaffes - it's blathering nonsense. If she was republican our blood-thirsty media would rip her to shreds every time she opened her mouth. Her reasoning, facts & figures are just pulled out of the air. Obama's are too, but he is a calculating, systematic liar. She just rambles. HE is dangerous. When I hear her, the system scares me. But if she, & gaffe-a-minute Harry Reid are considered among the elite - we aren't really up against much, once you see through that lying media support protecting them.
Back before the democrats (Pelosi & Reid - 2004) got the reins, the worst school district in the nation (DC) started getting student vouchers to attend private schools (courtesy of Bush & repubs). Obama attended a private school, so do his daughters. Vouchers were a resounding success. Parents were thrilled, so Obama killed it in 2009 because of teacher's Unions pressure. It made their lousy public system look bad. They even revoked 216 that had already been approved. The new Republican House is now pushing to re-enact it - giving $8,000/yr for elem students & $12,000 for HS. Not only successful, it's comparatively very cheap! No wonder it's so hated by teacher's unions. Cost per public DC student now is $28,000 (not $8-12,000)! Another obvious stupid waste of taxpayer money - more than twice as much for half as much! How could there be ANY debate? Any resistance whatsoever? Get their names. Shame them & run them out of office! We spend more than any other nation on earth - in monumental failure. We get embarrassed in any world scholarly competition anymore - we don't even enter Math! And Obama (SOT Union address) wants to "invest" (spend even more stupidly) in our public education. Stimulate those Unions some more, sir - & send your kids to private.

Att'y Gen Holder & Obama have us looking like fools in the world's eyes. 13 yrs after the 1998 bloody Embassy bombings, we finally got a US court (expensive circus) conviction of Ahmed Ghailani. He was acquitted on 284 of 285 charges. Were 284 of those just to string out & pad lawyer's pay on both sides (since we pay also for the defense)? Or are we so inept that we fabricated 284 offenses? Or was it a sign of how scary a jury can be? Obama has quietly succumbed (no media outrage) & decided to have military tribunals at Gitmo - which he still hasn't closed, after adamantly swearing he would, as a first order of business. He campaigned (milking the media) heavily, ripping into all of Bush's anti-terrorism policies (wiretaps, drone attacks, oversea prisons, military tribunals, etc. He now has adopted them all himself, but without the media outrage Bush got daily. Think he'll ever apologize to Bush?
Did you know that when China's Chairman Hu came here that the parade route had "paid" students all along it chanting, with lots of waving flags & banners in front to block out the human rights protesters? Students on Chinese scholarships were ordered to attend for int'l show. They worked in Chinese embassy organized shifts. They were also promised plum jobs when they return home, if they serve the Party well, abroad. But the crowds were told, "If interviewed, just say you came spontaneously to do the welcome & paid all your own costs." The Chinese leave nothing to chance. That Chinese pianist (at the big DC show) played a "ridiculing ditty" (Korean Conflict era) with hidden American insults (in the lyrics not sung) that the massive China TV audience back home could laugh at. They were previously informed (probably ordered) to watch, laugh & enjoy. It goes with Hu's speech that went without interruption by an interpreter right to the end. Then, a long prepared English version was read. I'll bet anything they weren't the same - just like Ahmadinejad of Iran does. Our media wouldn't say boo if they knew, since Obama applauded the speech and the ditty. And, when over there (in China) Obama exited the Imperial Palace (11/09), he went through the "Gate of Divine Prowess" as all must do. But their Communist TV coverage said Obama went through the "Gate of Obedience & Purity." Their unending subtleties denied him that "honor." When pres Nixon went there he had to extend his arm way out to shake hands, because the Premier had a bad arm they said. Their photo & media said to the populace, "See how long Nixon's arm is stretched out? That shows the U.S. is reaching out to us." China's new "Stealth" fighter was unveiled just a week before Sec'y of Defense, Gates arrived there for talks. It is almost the mirror image of our stealth - imagine that. Of course, no one has seen it do more than taxi around on the ground. That is their way. China can easily, openly up-stage & make world-wide fun of us, with this apologetic, mushy & ignorant administration.
Rham Emanuel wants to be mayor of Chicago. An appellate court said he lacked residency qualifications (like some question Obama's). But the state supreme court got him back on fast-track, ruling with lightening speed (7-0) that he does qualify. It's amazing how fast they can get to it & render a decision when motivated. Illinois Gov Daley & Obama want Rahm as mayor, along with crooked ACORN & the Unions with their hands out. Interestingly, Rham has $12 Mil to spend to get him there. His 5 opponents (all together) don't have half that much. Another strategic office bought even before the election formality. Yes, he is way out in front in the polls in just a matter of hours. And yes, another Illinois' Daley (family history of corruption) shoots off to DC to side with Obama - taking Rham's old job (WH Chief of Staff). Why doesn't all this bother half of this country?
We are the only industrialized country (unbelievably) that does not have an energy program, what our needs are - & will be 10, 20, 30, 50 yrs from now. How will we achieve those needs? If we drill for oil all over for our own oil, they say it will take 10 yrs before we see real benefits. Well, why didn't we start drilling 10 yrs ago? Or 20 or 30, when the Arabs jerked us around with long lines at the pumps for expensive gasoline? How many times do you have to get your nose rubbed in it? We are energy "pigs" by world standards. If you're going to be "pigs," at least recognize the obvious & plan ahead, otherwise you become just stupid pigs. Why do we not ask, where electricity comes from to plug in all those electric cars, as Obama shuts down coal-fired power plants & jobs all over? Don't say wind & solar without smiling. Highly polluting China is now building TWO coal-fired plants every week, doubling their previous efforts as Obama shuts ours down! When will all those power plug outlets or battery-exchange stations be installed nationwide? After you pay heavily to charge it up it will quickly become weak & listless north of the Mason-Dixon line half the year, nigh useless in a Michigan winter, climbing a hill. Cold kills batteries! Ever think of that? What a buy for $40,000 plus. What visionaries.
Note that the anti-gov't protests in Egypt (tens of thousands) against Pres Mubarak are clamoring for democracy ("hope & change"). VP Biden says Mubarak is "not a dictator," but he shut down all communications - telephone & internet! Is this a close parallel to (Obama's & Cass Sunstein's) intentions for an Internet "kill-switch" here? Be very concerned with what is going on over there. Not only Egypt, but with terrorist Hamas having taken over Lebanon & Palestine. Tunisia's open rebellion & successful demonstrations inspired Egypt's people taking to the streets. Jordan's situation is precarious & Yemen is about to fall. These Muslim countries were not ideal, or democracies to our American way of thinking of freedom & such, but they live in a vastly different world than we & we can't select who heads up their country. We can only negotiate & deal with who's there, or they selected - no matter how distasteful that often becomes. Otherwise, Iran, Hamas & radical Islam take over everywhere over there and march West. They are doing so now, but it's rapidly picking up speed. Beware & learn all you can about the "Muslim Brotherhood." They are evil to America in every way imaginable - yet Obama rather likes them. The "Hood" is prodding & provoking, organizing & instructing (handing out how-to pamphlets) at these demonstrations of unrest to escalate it to rioting, looting & killing. It is far more radical than here, but like the internet shut-down, the sly organizational efforts & prodding of big Unions & ACORN for unrest here is eerily similar. In the vacuum chaos causes, Iran, Hamas, & radical Islam will seize control - in the guise of helping, protecting & taking care of the people. They will promise "Hope & Change"- then Hope is dashed as Change is for the worse. Is that happening here? Sound familiar? Do you see more violence, unrest & distrust in America today? Like in the last 2 years, especially? Obama constantly insults & rebuffs America's long-standing allies, while apologizing repeatedly to all those that would do us in, or certainly enjoy seeing us, "done in." No other president in history has acted in such a puzzling, arbitrary, incredulous way - like, he's not one of us, & he wants the Muslim world (& anyone else not liking us) to know that. If Egypt falls to Hamas, who has vowed there will be peace only when Israel is wiped off the map & every Jewish man, woman & child is exterminated, Israel will undoubtably retaliate invasion from all sides with nuclear arms. What will we do? We may soon be looking at all the ingredients for World War III! Radical Islam & Muslims world-wide are thumbing their noses at America & the West. Go ahead, bow, extend your hand, reach out in peace, Obama. Maybe they'll let you keep a piece of your hand.

The lying liberal NY Times wants to portray the mentally-ill murderer, Loughner as a pro-life conservative gone berserk. He worshiped a scull on an altar behind the house, terrified his classmates, hit drugs hard & at 22, had a dozen run-ins with the police but no record, perhaps because his mother worked for the Pima county Bd of Supervisors. A classmate in his poetry class tearfully read her poem about getting an abortion. Loughner laughingly said something about strapping a bomb to the fetus & making it a "baby-bomber," to his shocked classmates. The NY Times twisted that to, "Mr Loughner compared the young woman to 'a terrorist for killing the baby.'" That's how easily the same interview info goes from a (laughing at a dead fetus) sicko to a pro-life fanatic egged on by Palin & the Right. Do you read the Times? I'll bet all liberal sickos do - not that you have to be one to read one, like Paul Krugman. And not every Times writer is a dangerous liar. How many is too many? How far, is going too far? The same goes for NBC & MSNBC "News." They all immediately said, don't jump to conclusions when a lone Muslim gunman shot & killed a bunch of soldiers for Allah. Now, they hypocritically, immediately jumped to vicious liberal conclusions! I heard it said, if the liberal-left didn't have double-standards, they wouldn't have any standards at all. Like sheriff Dupnik denouncing "vitriolic rhetoric" with vitriolic rhetoric - just like the Times. Ask yourself why, knowing Loughner & his troubles well, & how volatile this "open to the public" meeting could be, Dupnik (30 yrs experience) had not one deputy there? Forget the distortions & lies about needed gun-control. They perpetuate the myth - that it lessens violence. Those liberal nuts & their media immediately came out of the woodwork. I tend to question more than an 8 round clip myself, but would never give this bunch one toe in the door to any of my rights. Fact, wherever gun control is imposed proves they lie - violence goes up! In every instance. Still, they attack our right to bear arms. John Green, father of murdered Christina said, "This shouldn't happen in this country or anywhere else, but in a free society, we're going to be subject to people like this. I prefer this to the alternative." I like President Reagan's, "We must reject the idea that every time a law is broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is responsible for his actions." People acted bravely after 20 people were shot down. The killer was tackled while trying to re-load. The only one rushing TO the scene was carrying a gun, to take out the killer before he could kill even more! He didn't need to use it since the madman was already subdued, but that's not the point. A good man was coming with an equalizer before 911 picked up the phone. Just exchanging fire until help arrives changes the whole scenario for the better. You don't have to be suicidal. In the 1980's conservatives tried to clean up TV vulgarity, violence & explicit sex, the left screamed "censorship." The right railed against pornography & music lyrics encouraging violence against women & police & racial epithets. The liberal left shouted, the 1st Amend said even offensive speech must be allowed, even burning our flag in protest. But if YOU say anything the left & its media disagrees with - they instantly demand that you be censored! As said, no standards at all. One of the victims shot said in the press he now despises the tea party, another now despises Palin. Why? Because they believe the crap whipped up by unscrupulous media. They can't see & think for themselves. Giffords (a moderate democrat) was liked by republicans & voted against Pelosi. It was clearly stated by Charles Krauthammer, regarding Krugman, NY Times, MSNBC, NBC & a host of other radical liberals in attacking, "a climate of hate" (they called it) - murder caused by Palin, Limbaugh, Beck, the Tea Party, Obamacare opponents, etc. etc.. Krauthammer said, "Among all his writings, postings, videos & other ravings - and in all the testimony from all the people who knew him - there is not a single reference to any of these supposed accessories to murder. Everyone uses warlike metaphors in politics. That's why we say such things as 'battleground states' or 'targeting' opponents. The very word for an electoral contest - 'campaign' - is from warfare." Blogs & sites that Loughner did watch (like liberal KOS) said, "they were putting a bulls eye on Giffords & other moderate democrats." Another posting was, "Giffords voted against Pelosi! And is now dead to me." - just days before Loughner posted, "Die Bitch!" & shot her. Skinhead Loughner hated Jewish Giffords since they met & he felt rebuffed back in 2007, (before Tea Party & Palin were known) where at a rally he asked her, "How do you know words mean anything?" Tell me how you would answer that weird question - right on the spot. If anyone influenced his madness, who would you bet it was? Sec'y of State Hillary (on terrorist foreign soil) effectively said, See, we have extremists of our own. That was dispicable - equating a berserk psychopath with Jihad terrorists! Don't ever let this gun-control, progressive/Marxist gain higher office.
Where does one start when trying to cut back on wasteful gov't spending? Politicians can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm picking one here that's easy to spot & dupes the taxpayers unbelievably. It is only one of many that follows an all too familiar blueprint of sticking it to a stupid gov't that throws money all over. For-profit colleges got wildly "profitable" a few years back. It mirrors the Fannie & Freddie fiasco that destroyed our economy under the watchful eye of Barney Frank, who kept saying "Everything's fine," while guaranteeing lofty mortgages for any unfortunate with a pulse. Now we're guaranteeing student loans & they are high-pressure "recruiting" in the ghettos, so to speak, to grab all that free & easy money! Sign these application papers, attend class 80% of the time with "C" grades (I'll bet that's easy) & we'll pay you $350 "assistance" bi-weekly for your trouble. That "incentive" money must be why tuition has jumped from $4,ooo to $15,700 in 3 short years. The gov't pays in advance so it's up to them to get the taxpayer's money back from the "students" when they drop out. Even if you believe they'll actually try, what are the chances? Gonna throw them in jail? Drake College of Business (for one) gets 87% of its revenue from financial-aiding taxpayers. 75% of the student body is homeless or on welfare. They recruit vigorously at the "shelters." The graduation rate isn't 25% of other colleges. I wouldn't hire one anyway. This ain't small potatoes. The Univ of Phoenix alone has 200 campuses & over 500,000 students. Try to imagine the magnitude of the scam on us dumb taxpayers. And Obama is pushing for millions more to attend college. Who's not for helping out the little guy? Federal "Aid" has gone from $4.6 Bil in 2000 to $26.5 Bil in 2009 & rising fast. Loans are handed out like leaflets, that everyone knows will never be paid, yet no one cares. And politicians can't find anywhere to cut back on funding & waste. I think I just found about $30 Bil! Give me the books & a week-end. I'll bet I could save us half a Trillion! Goldman Sachs (investment bankers) heavily represented in high gov't offices with their executives going to & from like revolving doors, and IN on legislation decisions or certainly with "inside info" just happens to be heavily invested in these sleazy school give aways. Do you think Goldman might have known this would be a scamming goldmine? Fleecing taxpayers of their money? They would know how stupid & inept gov't (that they're a part of) is. Could it be deliberately designed that way? Like, it's kind of embarrassing to explain - but it sure is profitable!
Liars & Jobs: Obama's EPA is shutting down Arch (WV coal mine & 250 jobs) by simply revoking their permit (many many more are coming). 98% of WV electric comes from their coal. In 25 other states, over half of their electric comes from coal. Shutdowns are a tax on the poor & fixed income! Obama's promise to "bankrupt" them & "skyrocket utilities" is one he's keeping. Very few of those young foolish students have paid even a dime in real-life expense or yet looked for a real job. Maybe that 50% is from polling the back streets that are living off his handouts, where also very few look for jobs or paid a dollar in taxes that hasn't been returned to them - plus extra thousands. Maybe that adoring 50% came from the hundreds of thousands of his newly appointed or hired costly gov't workers. Or it could be the millions of ecstatic highly-rewarded union members that helped him shape economic policy in the W.H.. Who you ask could make a big difference in the response you get. Anyone ever ask you?
Over 100 organizations & corporations have already been exempted from ObamaCare. How many more in 2011? How is this going to get that magical funding accomplished? We know how sleazy & corrupt Illinois' politics are. Their last-day vote to stick it to their people for a 67% hike in taxes is typical. It was to secure those lavish state gov't pensions & health benefits a while longer. I think, they think their president will bail out his crooked homeland state, he has so much "family" there. There is no way out for states except to let go bankrupt. There's no other way to break the strangle hold of the public service unions on cities & states. Severe state cutbacks to cities & towns will soon put them under, & it will accelerate rapidly. No other spending cutbacks will amount to enough fast enough. It would take forever. Politicians have on guts in this regard. Let lavish spending & campaign promises take its well-deserved course. If you or I spent like these gov'ts have, WE would be already bankrupt or in their jail. There is absolutely NO Fed gov't fix to this other than sheer madness - meaning there is much to fear yet - knowing this cast of characters.

I think half the ads on TV are calling people out to sue someone. Those competitors coziest with regulators could be the last ones on their "to do" list - after the competition has gone under. Then, seeing the devastating effects, they might ease up toward the end, where their friends were. 20 yrs later I laughed at the hypocrisy when I worked for the US Post Office & witnessed all the many violations that they would have shut us down for. These regulatory thugs have been dusted-off & brought back to life (with new vigor) by Obama & his "boys." What Congress? For those thinking this one coal mine isn't important or doesn't matter, consider that just the Clean Water Act among many Acts enables the EPA to totally control who lives, who dies in business. Very bad news in ObamaWorld. This new regulatory shut-down threat means, at the wave of his mighty hand - soon gone is any stability coal & oil might have offered businessmen trying to determine costs of production & possible expansion. More uncertainties & heavy expenses, to go with health care & knowing he intends to hit you with more taxes, in some way at any time. You got away from him for 2 more years. That ticks him off. Can Congress do anything to keep him from destroying us? They haven't even shown interest. There are over 200,000 permits that he can revoke at the snap of his fingers, representing Trillions of dollars. Anything going on to the Supreme Court, has 2 new admirers of him and "social justice," waiting.

And Obama already took over the auto industry, 95% of all housing, 100% of college education needing any assistance, and all banks & investing. There's not much of our lives left! Where does one start when trying to cut back on wasteful gov't spending? Politicians can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm picking one here that's easy to spot & dupes the taxpayers unbelievably. It is only one of many that follows an all too familiar blueprint of sticking it to a stupid gov't that throws money all over. For-profit colleges got wildly "profitable" a few years back. It mirrors the Fannie & Freddie fiasco that destroyed our economy under the watchful eye of Barney Frank, who kept saying "Everything's fine," while guaranteeing lofty mortgages for any unfortunate with a pulse. Now we're guaranteeing student loans & they are high-pressure "recruiting" in the ghettos, so to speak, to grab all that free & easy money! Sign these application papers, attend class 80% of the time with "C" grades (I'll bet that's easy) & we'll pay you $350 "assistance" bi-weekly for your trouble. That "incentive" money must be why tuition has jumped from $4,ooo to $15,700 in 3 short years. The gov't pays in advance so it's up to them to get the taxpayer's money back from the "students" when they drop out. Even if you believe they'll actually try, what are the chances? Gonna throw them in jail? Drake College of Business (for one) gets 87% of its revenue from financial-aiding taxpayers. 75% of the student body is homeless or on welfare. They recruit vigorously at the "shelters." The graduation rate isn't 25% of other colleges. I wouldn't hire one anyway. This ain't small potatoes. The Univ of Phoenix alone has 200 campuses & over 500,000 students. Try to imagine the magnitude of the scam on us dumb taxpayers. And Obama is pushing for millions more to attend college. Who's not for helping out the little guy? Federal "Aid" has gone from $4.6 Bil in 2000 to $26.5 Bil in 2009 & rising fast. Loans are handed out like leaflets, that everyone knows will never be paid, yet no one cares. And politicians can't find anywhere to cut back on funding & waste. I think I just found about $30 Bil! Give me the books & a week-end. I'll bet I could save us half a Trillion! Goldman Sachs (investment bankers) heavily represented in high gov't offices with their executives going to & from like revolving doors, and IN on legislation decisions or certainly with "inside info" just happens to be heavily invested in these sleazy school give aways. Do you think Goldman might have known this would be a scamming goldmine? Fleecing taxpayers of their money? They would know how stupid & inept gov't (that they're a part of) is. 54 th Issue 01/01/11
Don't you get tired of the Left & Right in Congress continually debating & shouting over each other about whether more taxation or less taxation is the answer to our nation getting out of debt? How about the lunacy of printing more "Monopoly" money? I do understand the politician's point of view, "If I cut any spending, I won't get votes from those in the habit of getting it." But trying to get votes from "new" spending (especially pork) must get proponents fired! That must be the message, loud & clear. Freeze all Gov't hiring, pay & benefits increases. Any new positions must be filled from within existing ranks or expansion of duties. Tell the liars with agendas to shut up, look & listen. Gov't meddling drove millions of our jobs overseas. People at the top know how & why it happened & know what needs to be done to reverse it, bring manufacturing jobs & prosperity back to America. We have easy to see examples before us in State prosperity. We also have Massachusetts, with a lousy health care program that politicians watched fail in record time, but forced the same (& worse) upon the Nation. For observation, 3 of the most prosperous states (So Dakota, Texas & Wyoming) have the lowest income & capital gains taxes (personal & corporate) & zero death (estate) taxes. That's why they prosper & why they attract businesses (job creators) & the wealthy that don't really want to leave the U.S. entirely. New arrivals are the masses leaving the 3 worst states (Calif, NY, & NJ) with the highest taxes on everything 9-10.5%, plus death taxes. An idiot can see higher taxes are NOT the answer to more jobs, lower taxes are. People with jobs are happy, feel prosperous & spend, which creates more jobs. Abolish income tax. Tax consumption instead, a national sales tax on everything but food/medicine. Rid us of thousands of pages of rigmarole, that only lawyers, CPA's & the rich know how to exploit. Abolish unemployment compensation without work, even if it's only community service or picking up litter. Just barely enough income to get by will motivate job-seeking. Flocking to a state with more generous handouts might lessen too. I think if you don't contribute into the system, you shouldn't have a say (vote) in how the system is run. Every one's right is to pursue happiness, not of guaranteed happiness. That is ridiculous & doomed to failure - as we now witness! Obama says he wants to create jobs (I know it's a lie & you should by now) but he also said his policies will, "necessarily skyrocket utility rates." That I believe, and it is one of the major expenses of producing anything - more discouragement, not encouragement! More expense to industry is more bashing of jobs.
An estate left to family is comprised of earned accumulation after taxes already imposed. Barney Frank says of the Estate or "Death" tax, which is now zero, but he & Obama want at 55% (& all just "compromised" at 35%), "The heirs haven't done this on their own. They haven't worked hard. That's a pure gift to someone who was lucky enough to be related to someone who earned the money." Barney thinks loved-ones don't deserve that money - he & the gov't does! You know the gov't will spend that theft wisely. Now, they "allow you" $5 mil to divvy-up amongst the family. But what's to stop gov't from dropping that (foot-in-the-door) "allowance" to $1 mil, or even less? Not one damned thing - if left up to a socialist gov'ts generosity & willingness to "share" everything you've worked hard all your life for.
A friend of mine, Fenner Goldsborough of Gaylord, MI has written a book, "Super Scam," contesting the withholding & forcible paying of income taxes. His considerable research maintains that there is no law & no place in the IRS Code that mandates it, or anyone you work for is an employer, per IRC Title 26. Wouldn't it be something if we could some day de-fund this runaway, wasteful, tyrannical beast? Just weeks ago, Joe Bannister, a converted former IRS agent was acquitted by unanimous jury decision on all charges in Sacramento, CA. The charges were: 1) Conspiracy to defraud the United States. 2) Aiding & abetting in the preparation of false & fraudulent returns. Bannister, as a CPA prepared amended tax returns for 3 yrs as a calculated protest. Perhaps a powerful court precedent (foot-in-the-door for us, for once) has been established. Fenner's book says the Constitution forbids taxation on earnings of citizens, and a whole lot more. Our Homeland Security Sec'y, Napolitano also says Barney-like dumb things. She thinks our Mexican border is just fine, better than it used to be. You just know all those murders & beheadings will stay on that side of the line. When the crotch-bomber failed (detonation fizzled & the passengers jumped on him) she said, "The system worked." Probably why she just said we must be on alert 364 days a year." She, of Homeland Security also just said, "One of the most important things we're working on is global warming!" That lack of focus is typical of this whole administration's laxness & rhetoric that's "preparing us" for bombings in the near future. Like, don't blame us, it's the "new normal." Also like (in spite of an under 8% promise of unemployment) the "new normal" is every thing's good now if it stays under 10%, & since we can alter what "officially" constitutes unemployment (like we did in no cost of living increases necessary for seniors). We're confidant the "good times" will continue, if you just lower your expectations periodically. There will be no aggressive terrorist-profiling or attack on joblessness from this crowd. Get used to it. They have to clean up the planet, & there is wealth to distribute. And how about that Gitmo terrorist they insisted on giving a "civil trial" - instead of a military tribunal? On 200 charges he was found guilty of only one! He is now appealing his lone conviction. And how many millions do taxpayers pay for each circus act? The loonies are running the asylum - & using our expense account for extra humiliation. We The People, have no say in anything anymore! Our forefathers wrote those first 3 words in huge print for deliberate emphasis, that The People rule - dictate to the gov't - NOT the damned gov't dictates to The People! But look around. We are fast running out of time when a change in course will even be possible. When our US Dollar soon becomes worthless (through endless printings) - that's a "new normal" I guarantee you will NOT like. That will be when China, Russia, India & the OPEC nations unilaterally stop accepting payment (especially for our OIL dependency) with US Dollars. Then, we're done. It's over! They've all met somewhat secretly already. China is, & has been steadily exchanging (dumping) Dollars for other currencies. Not too fast, that would start an unloading panic worldwide, costing them hundreds of billions. But what do you suppose they know? Ever since The Marshall Plan at WW II's end, the US Dollar has been the world standard. No more. Brace for the plummet when the Saudis say, "No more payments for oil in dollars." That IS coming. You didn't really think they were our friends, did you? Dollars are not accepted in a lot of places around the world right now. That once was unheard of.
Obama rushed START (Nuke Reduction with Russia) through - before year-end to use votes by those fired, before they vacate. Of course, this too was stupidly not read before hurriedly voted on. It passed, & now waits for weeks before any ratification by Russia. Their odd-ball "democracy" requires 3 readings before a vote can be taken. We don't waste all that time. Obama proudly proclaimed, "It's fair to say that this has been the most productive post-election period we've had in decades. It comes on the heels of the most productive 2 yrs we've had in generations." THAT is how rapidly you can ram crap down the people's throats if you don't waste time reading 10,000 pages of regulations, rules, restrictions & ramifications even once. ObamaCare would not have passed if gov't-paid-for abortions, single-payer or gov't option & "death panels" ("pulling the plug on granny") had not been stricken from the first proposal. The fact no one read it was deplorable, but these 3 known specific items were so offensive to the masses that Obama, Pelosi & Reid removed them to get it passed. I told you if it passed those liars would just stick them back in later. Later is now. About half the states already have gov't- paid-for abortions. Reid has said single-payer gov't option is almost in place. Now "death panels" are going to pay doctors to councel older clients annually, following the scripted plan. Our loose-spending progressive gov't will have tight purse strings for aging Americans, to speed up the dying process for those with memories & sure to vote. They just go around Congress & thumb their noses at the people. If they can disregard these matters of such importance so easily, they can re-write any so-called law to suit their needs. A Federal court struck down ObamaCare, saying the gov't cannot force citizens to buy insurance. Obama just brushed that aside. The W.H. said, "Implementation of the act will proceed. The ruling will not materially impede our work." If you are a potential job-creator, you're in limbo-land again. If you are the people, hopeful the courts will keep him in check, you're dismayed again. The courts told him twice he could not shut down gulf oil. He did it anyway.
I saw recently where Don Berwick (Obama's medicare Czar) & Zeke Emanuel (Rahm's brother & Obama's health care advisor) were likened to, "The Grim-reaper & Dr Death" - funny, unless they're deciding your fate. Dr Death said, "Individuals aged between 15 & 40 yrs get the most substantial chance (of receiving care) whereas the youngest & oldest get chances that are attenuated." Grim-reaper Berwick concurs, saying the gov't should ration "the number of Centers engaging in cardiac surgery & cancer care for the older (over 40?) & neonatal intensive care" for babies. Welcome to the ObamaCare Pelosi excitedly got passed, "So you can see what's in it." This will be typical of their cost-cutting of gov't "waste." Far less care given requires fewer Centers. Why waste revenue on the middle-aged to elderly, or the weak, needy & imperfect, coming into the world? Medicare is now going to let you have free cancer check-ups annually & yet close cancer clinics. Tested at 65 or older, they can tell you what you have that you're not going to get treatment for. You will now be going down a different path. I've learned how to interpret their announcements. Cynicism helps a lot, "to see what's in it." Let's ponder what no one seems to think or talk about. It takes quite a few years (high expense & dedication) to become a physician, even more to be a specialist. Then (under ObamaCare) you must follow the instructions of D.C. bureaucrats to the letter or be punished. There will not be even 10% of the usual numbers pursuing medical careers. Future doctors will be almost non-existent, creating miserable working conditions for those that will then soon quit. Remember, up to 32 million more will be added to medicare/medicaid that doctors already hate because they pay so poorly. 74% of doctors polled said they would be restricting services over the next 3 yrs. Nearly half said they will suddenly "retire" when ObamaCare kicks in (2013). Now, with no one even wanting to become a doctor anymore, how horrible will even simple medical care soon get? Also, 2011 is the first of the wave of "baby-boomers" to go on medicare. Just more unintended consequences caused by gov't idiots taking over, regulating & dictating (meddling in private enterprise - capitalism). To keep you safe, of course, like the traffic spy-cameras being installed all over I told you about, that will get you arrested if you're smoking in a car with kids in it, or on a cell phone. They told Wal-mart employees to watch each other & the masses, report anyone suspicious. Soon everyone will be watching everyone - kids "turning in" parents!
I feel the need to reiterate some points I've made that are of such great importance & yet seem to be all too easily accepted. The brainwashing of our kids that we routinely drop off to school is frightening. Curriculum such as US History, civics & gov't, our Constitution & founding fathers is being dropped (as unnecessary & unimportant) by our progressive teachers & Union school administrators. In their stead is recommended reading such as Saul Alinsky books touting radicals & revolutionaries, & anything putting down capitalism or American exceptionalism. That is unbelievable & unacceptable in American classrooms, trashing our country, our way of life & our heritage. But you had better believe it's happening & you had better soon get very involved in your local schools & peruse the propaganda, or jerk your kids out & away from them. Less vulgarity, violence, drugs & inferior teaching might be seen as beneficial too. But our kids are taught to look up to (even revere, as their teachers do) butchers like Che, Castro & China's Mao. How can you tolerate the teaching of these lies? These animals are documented on film or recorded boasting of personally shooting kneeling victims by the hundreds & thousands in the back of their heads, gunning-down masses including many pregnant women. Castro machine-gunned women & children trying to flee on rafts. Mao starved & persecuted to suicide, up to 70 Million Chinese in peacetime. These vermin are all respected & revered by this administration (Barack, Hillary & their hand-picked staffs). And they are eager to teach this garbage to our youth. You see kids everywhere sporting tee shirts, banners & other paraphernalia - heralding these scum - like heroes, thinking they're "cool." We know what they are teaching your kids. The Dream Act is actually an amnesty plan & will cost taxpayers $6.2 Bil to educate illegal aliens, then make them & their families citizens against our wishes. When taxpayers are struggling to pay their mortgages & can't send their own kids to college it becomes astoundingly stupid & another "in your face" to the people. Courting the Hispanic vote is more important in this month before "changeover" than jobs (now 9.8% unemploy they admit to) & the taxation stability would-be employers need. Who creates jobs? Rich people. Only rich people - & entrepreneurs becoming so. Meddling gov't can destroy a conducive environment or cultivate one. To greedily tax & regulate only drives job creators overseas or kills their will. Wise governing gives a free rein & encourages with tax breaks & supportive financing. Then, gov't can tax lightly ALL who benefit & prosper. Taking a little from a lot is always better than a lot from a little, unless gov't has ulterior motives, of course! To vilify & punish the rich is beyond ignorant. It is counter-productive. They're rich. They don't have to create jobs. They don't even have to live here & take abuse or pay excessive taxes. Job seekers don't resent the rich. Poor people don't hire anyone. Only ingrates, NOT seeking jobs (just a higher standard of handouts) resent the rich. People long to come here from all over, just for the opportunity to become rich (pursuit of happiness)! Annals are chock full of success stories. Foreigners (minorities) all alone, that can't even speak our language, take on 2 or 3 menial jobs, save like crazy & start their own business. Do they resent the rich? Now, when we cast them out, our progressive gov't catches them, clips their wings & tells them, "You don't need to fly. Just vote for us & we'll carry you everywhere. Hardly a word was said. They now don't even have to periodically raise the cap & catch hell publicly. So, no financial reform crackdown is on the gov'ts Fan Mae & Fred Mac. Liar's loans & super-low down payments are still accepted from all gamblers & derelicts. Private finance got regulated! This deliberate F & F quiet omission will cost us Trillions & apparently no one cares. After the stupid lame-duck year ends (2 weeks) I say to make the first order of business, a statement. Repeal the tax hike (without the pork now attached) to a cheering throng. Make the unemployed wait awhile (shake up their comfort level) until Obama coughs up the $59 Bil cost from his "stash" (unused TARP or Stimulus funds) or (Heaven forbid) allows cuts in asinine spending elsewhere. Let it be known, any future unemp benefit payments will NOT be borrowed or printed. It will be from cutbacks, or ended! In the interim, notify all & put a plan in place of Public Work for future unemp payments. I don't care if it's 40 hours of litter pick-up or tiddly-winks, it paints a picture, & prevents those from collecting while working for cash on the side. I am all for a helping hand, but have witnessed far too much waste & abuse. If you can't reasonably "police" or account for where all gov't dollars are going (what specific good they are doing) end it on the spot, or start over. It has gotten too big & too free & easy with taxpayer's money. If that also means an overhaul of the medicare & social security systems, to rid them of horrendous waste & fraud, so be it! It cannot go on. It will crash anyway. Try something. Learn something. And scrap all Ethanol Subsidies, period! Corn for gas is as stupid as Gore's global-warming fixes. Repub Sen Cochran of Miss has been one for 36 yrs. He has been Chair of the Appropriations Committee & Agriculture Comm. A powerful influence, he is called the King of Pork, & pushes stupid subsidies like paying farmers or wealthy owners of dormant farmland NOT to farm. He got 240 projects costing us $490 Mil. Dem Dan Inoeye of little Hawaii got 151 projects costing us $388 Mil. Naturally, they get re-elected over & over. The "Citizens Against Gov't Waste" started tracking Pork-spending waste in l991. Do you think it has doubled or tripled in 19 yrs? I'm sure it was prevalent then. It has worsened by 15 times!

That is 844 - not the 3300 stated. State Rep Tom McMillan says the company only has to create 300 ($29,000) jobs over 6 yrs to get most of the state's $134 Mil in aid & all of the Feds $249 Mil ! Only 350 jobs gets even a $4 Mil loan forgiven - that's $11,428/job for starters. This lunacy means Mich pays $300,000/job and the Feds pay $700,000/job - $1 Mil for each $29,000 job! You could GIVE each worker $29,000 per yr for 34 yrs! They just can't be that stupid, but that's what the people & numbers say.
Forbes magazine (12/7/10) said, "Billionaire investor & philanthropist, George Soros warned tonight in New York that the combination of FOX News, Glenn Beck, the Tea Party and the ability of Americans to fantasize unrealistically about their political system might lead 'this open society to be on the verge of some dictatorial democracy.'" So Soros is saying, Beck, FOX & Tea Partys are the evil ones. Wow! And getting national press to trumpet it. He was being "honored" at a International Crisis Center dinner. Bill Clinton (lead trumpeter) & others spoke eloquently about Soros' contributions to global order. Not, apparently about his raping & pillaging of foreign economies for profit. Forbes said Beck has been trying to stir up public hatred of Soros (falsely vilifying him), suggesting Soros is trying to take over the U.S. for his own purposes. Now, Soros says it's Beck who wants to take over - make us a "dictatorial democracy." Beck had an excellent response on his show, which I copy here:

We have tons of money for regulation, but we just gave the military the smallest raise in 50 years. That's how they're going to do it. Stress, push & stretch them. In history it's been done before, other countries, by just not paying them. Then you have to grow dependence, people dependent upon the gov't. Then you control the media & food prices. They've just done all these things, just passed the food bill, for your safety. Everything is done for your safety. Now, the media. (There is much FCC debate currently on net neutrality - WikiLeaks) Robert McChesney is the founder of the group pushing for net neutrality, wildly powerful now in Washington. Listen to his words, 'No one thinks any longer that media reform is an issue to solve after the revolution. After the revolution, everyone understands that without media reform, there will be no revolution. In that sense, it is similar to the labor movement where the demand for free trade unions, hardly revolutionary in its own right, is a necessary precondition to building a viable organized left that can contest for power. Jones calls it the next frontier - the media & the racists in the media. Take the power from the mean, dumb racists. McChesney says, "You can't have a revolution without controlling the media." Obama's Diversity czar, Mark Lloyd admiringly said of Chavez (Venezuela), "He had an incredible revolution - a democratic revolution. It wouldn't have happened if he wouldn't have seized the media." Remember at the start of Obama's presidency, that "chance" meeting with Chavez where he gave Obama a copy of his book? It was anti-American, about us colonists oppressing everyone. All these self-avowed revolutionaries are actively taking us over, one item at a time, like a checklist. They all work for Obama & are friends of Soros, who says outright that Beck is the danger to beware. Does that make a lick of sense to anyone with half a brain? That Union wants gov't bailouts, Trillions for their lavish pensions nationwide, for which they have no money (like the others)! Without FOX & the others it would be done quickly & quietly. Michelle said, "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices." (after they impose economic destruction) "We are going to have to change our conversation." (by way of controlled media) "We are going to have to change our traditions & history." (no Christmas or God & re-written events) "We are going to have to move to a different place." (just another nation in a new world order - they in charge) Their goal is obvious, re-write & teach, K - College. And reinforce through TV, print & radio, until everyone thinks as one. Only the president of the United States could have the power & authority to scan all the computers using the internet in America, monitor everything that is said or typed, and ultimately decide what you will be allowed to copy from your own composition or e-mail to others. When some of my black print turned to yellow (for those just now hearing of this) on my last Newsletter & just before I posted it to my site, I found out that any print "they" turned to yellow could not be reproduced or sent out of my home to even family & friends. His admin laughs & mocks accusations of intrusions in our daily lives. Their takeovers of GM & Chrysler & control of all student loans, & 95% of all home mortgages, & health care reform that the Unions are getting rich on, plus financial reform, control of banks & Wall St, brings us now to protecting us from our food (Food Safety Modern Act S.510). They shut down lemonade stands & pumpkin sales by kids - soon it will be local farms & roadside stands with sweet corn, honey & maple syrup! They told California McDonalds no toy in "happy meals" unless it's lower in fat! These policing idiots destroyed $100 Mil of tomatoes, then found out they were not the problem! Food prices will soon sky-rocket. Half the Republicans in the Senate voted for this latest unbelievable intrusion. Get them the hell out of office! The Cong Budget Off says it will cost $1.4 Bil & require 17,000 more gov't jobs (future Dem voters). The FDA duplicates inspections at 1,451 facilities with the USDA. They are just the biggest 2 of 15 agencies
Democrats want to increase taxes on those making over $250,000. Republicans say keep the tax cuts for everyone in this recessionary time, the richer create the jobs so sorely needed. Both sides argue incessantly on what segment creates those jobs. The IRS knows exactly what tax bracket range does it. End the stupid gridlock. Compromise by ensuring NO new taxes on that important segment, permanently so they can plan future business costs. Then increase taxes on ALL above, that are not in business. It's that simple - if you're trying. When rationalizing his zeal, increasing taxes on those he determines to be rich, Obama said, "At some point, you've made enough money." Spoken like a true Dictator! Obama is now suddenly worth millions, & just getting started. I say to the hypocrite, "At some point you've seized enough power & forced your will upon the people enough!"
There are 67,000 TSA agents in a 2010 budget of $7.8 Bil that have caught zero terrorists. It seems our agents are terrorizing our airline travelers, groping them in public like sexual assaults called "pat-downs," & taking nude detailed pictures of them through their clothing. TSA said all nude photos would be destroyed, but admitted thousands have been saved. For what? After the shoe-bomber failed, they made little old ladies & toddlers take off their shoes. After the Christmas crotch-bomber failed, they began to thoroughly feel every one's crotches. Where do we draw the line on this lunacy? It only takes a minute amount the size of a sweetener packet to blow up a plane, & we know mid-east terrorists will stuff explosives up their rectum in their willingness to die & blow us up! He gave dozens of media interviews touting the need for more scanners, got a no-bid contract (illegal) from Stimulus funds, for 150 scanners at $167,000 each ($25 Mil). Chertoff has made a bundle that is still growing. George Soros also owned 11,300 shares of OSI (Rapiscan's owner) until recently. The head of OSI was invited to join Obama's group trip to India. Another Bill you know little about (they count on that) that is a subterfuge with a dreamy name, is The Dream Act. The 44 ousted "Lame Duck" democrats (all for amnesty) want it in before they're out. It's Obama's Amnesty bill in disguise, & Harry Reid's gem that got Hispanics to elect him. This bill would give citizenship rights to 3-20 million illegal aliens - "Millions of displaced & replaced American students, workers & voters." Not just students & military service qualify, but all their siblings & parents too.
Our thinking needs some critical self-analysis sometimes. I am against more than 99 weeks of unemploy benefits. Republicans are being vilified for cutting them off their freebies when it is known that they won't work (other than for cash) at menial jobs paying less than unemp checks. The repubs would extend benefits (against my wishes) if the funds came from left-over TARP or Stimulus funds or cuts in spending elsewhere. The dems want to PRINT the money to pay for it. But the media will spin it that repubs hate the "poor" people. "Poor" in the USA is ridiculous compared to anywhere else in the world. Here, 97% of the poor have TV's (25% big screen), 89% have micro-waves, 80% air conditioning, 73% have a car. 64% washer, 57% dryer. In other countries poor people DIE! Our poor when I was a kid would have had none of these type things. I was not poor. A lot of that is in your mind. Just like the reasoning that everyone owes you a living because you haven't been offered the job of your dreams, or it's unfair that you weren't born wealthy. I was raised to be frugal. Clean your plate & be glad you don't have to go hungry. I had friends that I knew who ate potatoes almost exclusively. One became a diabetic in his youth because of it. I found out later that he looked forward to occasions when he could drain some canned vegetable juice on them for a taste change. They didn't even have oleo, but they had pride. All of my clothes other than shoes & underwear my mother got at rummage sales. I was not poor, but there were mouths to feed. Choices were made and no one I knew would ever accept charity or gov't help. We never went hungry, but wasted nothing & threw practically nothing away. Family took in family down on their luck. We grew up stronger & self-reliant, knowing how to make do - America as it should be. It's the pampered youth of today that are the losers. We lived life proudly.

Democrats want to increase taxes on those making over $250,000. Republicans say keep the tax cuts for everyone in this recessionary time, the richer create the jobs so sorely needed. Both sides argue incessantly on what segment creates those jobs. The IRS knows exactly what tax bracket range does it. End the stupid gridlock. Compromise by ensuring NO new taxes on that important segment, permanently so they can plan future business costs. Then increase taxes on ALL above, that are not in business. It's that simple - if you're trying. When rationalizing his zeal, increasing taxes on those he determines to be rich, Obama said, "At some point, you've made enough money." Spoken like a true Dictator! Obama is now suddenly worth millions, & just getting started. I say to the hypocrite, "At some point you've seized enough power & forced your will upon the people enough!"
There are 67,000 TSA agents in a 2010 budget of $7.8 Bil that have caught zero terrorists. It seems our agents are terrorizing our airline travelers, groping them in public like sexual assaults called "pat-downs," & taking nude detailed pictures of them through their clothing. TSA said all nude photos would be destroyed, but admitted thousands have been saved. For what? After the shoe-bomber failed, they made little old ladies & toddlers take off their shoes. After the Christmas crotch-bomber failed, they began to thoroughly feel every one's crotches. Where do we draw the line on this lunacy? It only takes a minute amount the size of a sweetener packet to blow up a plane, & we know mid-east terrorists will stuff explosives up their rectum in their willingness to die & blow us up! End the humiliation. Profile & interrogate as they do in safe Israel airports! An intriguing solution presented itself on the internet that makes a lot of sense, & I rather enjoy. It calls for everyone to enter an explosion-proof booth where you can detonate any known explosives or components. After word got out, I dare say only 1 out every 6 (like a revolver) needs the expense of being real. Even in these times we need to smile a little to keep sane. Like Dirty Harry would say, "Well, do you feel lucky, Punk?" If there is a loud "Boom" the PA announcer can say, "A seat has become available for stand-by passengers." and, "We need maintenance with a Shop-Vac at booth #23." Terrorists are destroying our economy as was & is their intent. They don't need to have the bomb go off. If it does, that's gravy. We over-react so predictably, they know that for every $100 they spend for even baggage bombs we will spend $100 Million or more. We "protect" 24/7 - they occasionally send someone over, "Death by 1,000 cuts!" They laugh as we humiliate ourselves, stress & financially self-destruct. Oh yes, we furnish their $100 too, through oil dependency. Now let's hit on the opportunism & corruption this also provides to some. Former Homeland Security Sec'y, Michael Chertoff pushed for implementation of TSA's full-body scanners. Once out of "public service" Chertoff's consulting (lobbying) company took on Rapiscan (makes the scanners) as a client. He gave dozens of media interviews touting the need for more scanners, got a no-bid contract (illegal) from Stimulus funds, for 150 scanners at $167,000 each ($25 Mil). Chertoff has made a bundle that is still growing. George Soros also owned 11,300 shares of OSI (Rapiscan's owner) until recently. The head of OSI was invited to join Obama's group trip to India. OSI & Soros have contributed to organizations trying to boycott Glenn Beck's show. See how everyone walks hand-in-hand? Also note that the AFL/CIO union has now run to defend TSA's beleaguered agents, who Obama just gave the right to unionize (67,000 more Dem votes in the bag). The Union will get tens of millions more in new dues in this payoff. Still, zero terrorists caught!
Get to know Don Berwick (Obama's Medicare/Medicaid Czar). He is, "a huge fan of NHS," Britain's system of Nat Healthcare rationing, to hold costs down. Dr Berwick said, "I am a romantic about the NHS; I love it. The NHS is not just a national treasure, it is a global treasure. The decision is not whether or not we will ration health care - the decision is whether we will ration with our eyes open. The Social Budget is limited." Does that open your eyes? Britain's understaffed NHS forced hospital patients (those lucky enough to be in one) to drink water from flower vases. The staff said they could not leave water out overnight due to "health & safety. That sounds like Pelosi talking already. Apparently even a nurse's aide to supply water is beyond the budget they have planned for us. "This admin scoffed at "rationed" care accusations when they wanted our approval, didn't get it & rammed it down our throats anyway. A beaming Pelosi gushed, "We have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it." Now, we must ram it down their throats. Every member of Congress (and every gov't employee) will get the exact same "health plan" as The People, within that "Social Budget!" This, plus term limits and NO pensions at all for Congress. All gov't employees' pay will be frozen until on a par with private industry. I will not rest until all these asinine disparities have ended & they become Public Servants again! I consider myself a Tea Party Revolutionist and will even goad the Tea Parties if I feel their pressure is lessening. There is far too much at stake for us all until we get back to sanity & our Constitution. Call it," The Dreams of My Founding Father's." That seems appropriate.
Ann Coulter says we must repeal the 26th Amend that allows 18 yr olds to vote. I agree. The rationale was that they could drink & fight for their country at 18, let them vote. We soon realized letting them drink at 18 was stupid and repealed that. Fighting for country is much different, they are responsible, mature, a different mentality, let them vote. Is it coincidental that military votes massively republican? Aren't republicans supposedly rich, selfish people? But those 18- 29 (1/5 of all voters) voted for Obama 66-31%. Of course they don't pay for tuition, rent or food, health insurance, property taxes or utilities - yet. And they don't know that oil = gasoline that runs their cars, but their time is definitely coming. So they gleefully made a united juvenile statement, "Let's vote for Obama. He's cool. Every body's doing it!" and here we are. Impulse-buying can be costly indeed, youngsters.
I have no use for the ACLU (Amer Civil Lib Union). I rarely see them represent true Americans or Liberty, just wild, wacky extremists to challenge & defy the Constitution & Founder's clear intent - and Christianity. Peter Lewis is a card-carrying member of the ACLU. The billionaire is head of Progressive Auto Insurance. The name says it all & he advertises a lot on FOX News, ironically. Good business since FOX is thriving. He has contributed many millions to ACLU, like George Soros. ACT (Amer Coming Together) a far-left political action group also gets tens of millions from these two. ACT was founded by Lewis, Soros & labor unions (SEIU & AFL/CIO). Huge sums of money enable the ACLU to attack our American values at every turn. Why FOX allows his sponsorship is a bit perplexing, since they certainly know his nefarious ways.
How would you have liked Al Gore as President? He has shown a sleazy side, a nasty side & milked a hoax with falsified "facts" & numbers for hundreds of millions like a con man. Evil billionaire, George Soros was enraged when "his man" didn't win. He immediately founded the SOS (Sec'y Of State) project, recognizing this as a sure way to "win" & control elections, state by state. You put "your" man or woman in power to "oversee" each state's voting process with minimal loose "requirements" favoring & targeting illegals, homeless, prisoners, the poor, uneducated & now blacks (pointing out the need to support their black president). These people typically do not vote. They are mostly disgruntled, dissatisfied or angry with "the system." They are impressionable. Now the Unions come in with organized force, lots of dues money to bribe & buses to haul large numbers to the polls. They know the psychology of organizing, persuasion & fanning the flames of any discontent. Community organizers, like Obama's fraudulent ACORN assist the Unions in getting these masses to the polls & even voting more than once. This gets ever easier as Soros inserts "his people" throughout the 50 states. Immediate successful results can be seen on all borderline states. Heavily Hispanic Calif & Nevada voted against Gov Brown's & Sen Reid's opponents. Union voters were practically ordered to vote (in masses) for Brown & Reid in these examples. It is their standard procedure to concentrate their time & money & corrupt organized tactics where it will best accomplish their & Soros' agenda - all the Senators, Representatives & Governor's they can steal in borderline states. Even close "recounts" will be controlled by Soros' bought & paid for SOS's. These smaller state Sec'y "elections" are really easy for this master briber & manipulator with billions, his own propagandist media & a nasty mean streak. He can make you or break you, your choice. Soros also backs & puts Justices in the lower courts that will support his agendas on extreme left issues. He knows that many decisions establish the precedence he wants for other coming determinations that fall short of the US Supreme Ct. All these different fronts in a number of states (as he relentlessly attacks America from everywhere) makes it most difficult to follow & get people to even believe, without any interest or concern from the national press.
Another Bill you know little about (they count on that) that is a subterfuge with a dreamy name, is The Dream Act. The 44 ousted "Lame Duck" democrats (all for amnesty) want it in before they're out. It's Obama's Amnesty bill in disguise, & Harry Reid's gem that got Hispanics to elect him. This bill would give citizenship rights to 3-20 million illegal aliens - "Millions of displaced & replaced American students, workers & voters." Not just students & military service qualify, but all their siblings & parents too.
Our thinking needs some critical self-analysis sometimes. I am against more than 99 weeks of unemploy benefits. Republicans are being vilified for cutting them off their freebies when it is known that they won't work (other than for cash) at menial jobs paying less than unemp checks. The repubs would extend benefits (against my wishes) if the funds came from left-over TARP or Stimulus funds or cuts in spending elsewhere. The dems want to PRINT the money to pay for it. But the media will spin it that repubs hate the "poor" people. "Poor" in the USA is ridiculous compared to anywhere else in the world. Here, 97% of the poor have TV's (25% big screen), 89% have micro-waves, 80% air conditioning, 73% have a car. 64% washer, 57% dryer. In other countries poor people DIE! Our poor when I was a kid would have had none of these type things. I was not poor. A lot of that is in your mind. Just like the reasoning that everyone owes you a living because you haven't been offered the job of your dreams, or it's unfair that you weren't born wealthy. I was raised to be frugal. Clean your plate & be glad you don't have to go hungry. I had friends that I knew who ate potatoes almost exclusively. One became a diabetic in his youth because of it. I found out later that he looked forward to occasions when he could drain some canned vegetable juice on them for a taste change. They didn't even have oleo, but they had pride. All of my clothes other than shoes & underwear my mother got at rummage sales. I was not poor, but there were mouths to feed. Choices were made and no one I knew would ever accept charity or gov't help. We never went hungry, but wasted nothing & threw practically nothing away. Family took in family down on their luck. We grew up stronger & self-reliant, knowing how to make do - America as it should be. It's the pampered youth of today that are the losers. We lived life proudly.
Portland OR (left-leaning like anti-US military San Francisco) openly refused to help the FBI investigating local Muslims (under G. Bush). Their recent Christmas tree lighting ceremony (that a terrorist tried to bomb) has caused them to reconsider their animosity toward the FBI that saved them. Is that a thank you? Howard Dean, once seriously (sadly) considered for the presidency said, "FOX News just makes things up." He wants them "regulated." He said, "Americans don't know what's going on & therefore the media can have their way with them intellectually." I think we've been called stupid again. FOX could not stay on the air if they made things up. Firmly entrenched (acting together) far-left media serving the gov't would like the gov't to regulate FOX News - so they could mess with your intellect. But they're impeded by the truth & light of FOX.
