I often point out that if you legally refuse (judicially or legislatively) something Obama wants, he just goes to plan B, C, D or E (as in Etcetera). Obama has made Congress irrelevant by constantly running his end-around plays. Elected officials should be outraged. Why aren't they? Obama's appointed positions like the EPA, Federal Reserve and Treas Dept dictate to the people regularly, against the majority and their vocal protests! With Obama, "No" is not an option. If you're an outraged voter he will explain it all again. You can't possibly be against him. He just didn't "explain" it right, so he'll tell you again - until you "get it." Concentrate this time. Still no? One of his appointees will do it for you, or to you! When there are no "checks and balances," no critical media exposure, our Constitution becomes a joke and our president becomes a laughing dictator! Health care "reform" became a joke when outlandish malpractice suits were ignored. After the Bill passes Obama has his Treas Dept tax-evading buddy, Geithner slip the lawyers $1.6 Bill in tax-break subsidies, so they can now sue even more often and more cheaply! The Trial-lawyers' magnanimous contributions from easy, sleazy profits (over 95% to democrats in control) was well rewarded. Stimulate economy? No. Stimulate economy-sapping litigation for a select few. Obama and Congress knows the Unions' pet project "Card-check" wont pass (voting poison) but Obama wants it badly for his buddy, Andy Stern, so he can perpetuate his Marxist, "We know who you are. We know how you voted. We know where you live." intimidation. Can't pass it? Circumvent it. Put a Union heavyweight on the Labor Relations board. It will pass, quietly in the night. You wont hear about this either. His horrendous Health Bill barely passed because it was sworn there would be NO "public option" and NO gov't paid for abortions! I told you both would happen anyway if they got it through. You just saw Sen Harry Reid on TV smirking and assuring his cheering followers "public option" would be here soon. Gov't paid-for abortions are already available in a number of states. ALL LIES, to get things passed "LEGALLY!" The rest gets done illegally! We are in big trouble, because hardly anyone even knows of the continuous betrayals, with the silent media in cahoots. Obama is close to Chavez of Venezuela in media control, takeover and dictatorship! "President" is just a name in those "other countries" where they intimidate voters and stuff ballot boxes. But we're now doing that here, aren't we? What media does surface, exposed and irrefutable (video-taped ACORN & Racist Panthers) is ignored and dismissed by Obama's social "Justice" dept! I think it's privately encouraged.

Obama, Pelosi & Reid are trumpeting their latest triumph - Financial Reform. 2300 pages of deliberate, loose, ambiguous moving parts (lawyer's dream) to do whatever you want it to do - like the other 2000+ page Bills nobody reads. No reform for Fannie & Freddie, who still run loose and are beating taxpayers up for Trillions of dollars! They, and big Wall St banks can still do 90% of everything that brought us crashing down, now even bigger than "too big to fail." Blankfein of Goldman Sachs is FOR it - that is all you need to know. What it does is simple to understand. It purposely discourages. That's why 80% polled have "no confidence." It creates even more uncertainty for small business people, already suspicious and reluctant to commit hard-earned money to expansion and hiring. The vagueness is deliberate to keep them down. I'll say it again. Obama lies to the public's face. He wants gov't jobs only. His burgeoning bureaucracy and regulatory control creates tons of lavish taxpayer-funded overseeing jobs - grateful and dependent voters. This reform will now regulate anyone who provides financing to customers, not just banks. There will be heavy costs in many areas that will be passed on to consumers. Like utility costs "necessarily skyrocketing," these are avoidable taxes or fines levied on you and me. For what? It is senseless! OR it is oppression! Harvey Pitt, former SEC chairman calls it (a familiar refrain) "The Lawyers' & Lobbyists' Full-Employment Act." Now the Obama/Pelosi rush (before November) makes more sense - unless you alienate more voters than you entice. This Bill, just passed by a comatose Congress just may be the final nail in the coffin of this Republic! This fine print and gobbledygook legalese may have given Obama control of everything capitalist.

NBC, CBS, ABC and the rest of the lame mainstream media (or propaganda) stated last week, when queried about their lack of coverage concerning ACORN's many criminal acts and the Black Panthers militant racism, said they just didn't think those events were "important enough" to cover. These are the same lamestream liars that were absolutely obsessed with Sarah Palin's wardrobe, and follow Lindsay Lohan around like puppy dogs. Any negativity toward anything Obama will be deemed NOT newsworthy by these creeps, and they will attack any hint of him criticized. But their e-mail was infiltrated (like those scientists debunking Gore's global-warming scam). Scientists went along, or lost funding and a job. This is a chatroom for several hundred liberal journalists, called "Journolist". O is for Obama. In April 2008, ABC's George Stephanopoulos asked Obama why it had taken him a year to dissociate himself from the fiery Rev Jeremiah Wright. He asked, "Do you think Rev Wright loves America as much as you do?" That enraged "Journolist" elitists. Richard Kim of "The Nation" e-mailed, "George is being a disgusting little rat snake." Employees of Time, Politico, Huffington Post and others were outraged at how Obama was treated. Spencer Ackerman of The Washington Independent urged his colleagues to deflect attention away from the Obama/Wright relationship (Marxist/Alinsky-style) by attacking one of Obama's conservative critics, "Fred Barnes, Karl Rove, who cares - call them Racists!" Stein of Mother Jones said to a group plotting action, "Our friends at Media Matters" (a George Soros-funded propaganda machine) "probably have tons of experience with this sort of thing." Sarah Spitz, a producer for KCRW, affiliated with NPR (Nat Public Radio & funded with taxpayer money) said she would, "laugh loudly like a maniac and watch his eyes bug out" if she were to witness Rush Limbaugh suffering a heart attack. Do you think you might get prejudicial "news" from classy leftist journalists like these? I just disclosed a tiny bit to remind you that Obama wants to shut down the Internet and FOX News. They reveal evidence of wrong-doing to caring Americans (rightly perceived as a threat). As he says, "Too much information is not helpful." Obama wants you to know what this other scum tells you, AFTER they get their smearing lies and stories straight. "Change you can believe in." Or would you rather laugh at his "Transparency" promise. Or solemn (with wagging finger), "No more business as usual in Washington!" I almost pine for those days.

Shirley Sherrod was treated poorly. She spoke to the NAACP (Nat Assoc Advance Color People) for 40+ minutes but was quoted on a misleading 2 min. She said the WH told her she was "going to be on the Glenn Beck show" - pull off the road and immediately resign. That is being fired. Beck never even mentioned her, 2 hours later. The NAACP said, "Her actions were shameful." Then they both attacked FOX News and Tea Partys as racist. Andrew Breitbart sent FOX the short clip and was wrong, of course but Sherrod spoke TO the NAACP so they can't say they didn't know the full context. They heard and taped it all! Like the WH, they jumped the gun. Sherrod still spoke in racial tones last March when she said she helped the white farmer by steering him to "one of his own - a white lawyer" and, "His own kind would take care of him." Doesn't that phraseology ooze racist connotations? Try any white gov't employee, anywhere, saying the equivalent in earshot of the press - headline bigotry! When asked if Breitbart's website should be "shut down" (he exposed the ACORN tapes and the Black Panthers) Sherrod said, "That would be a great thing, because I don't see how that advances us in this country. I know Obama concurs, but just who is "us" referring to? And she said, "There are jobs at USDA and many times there are no people of color to fill those jobs because we shy away from agriculture. We think, why are we working in the fields? You've heard of a lot of layoffs. Have you heard of anybody in the Fed Gov't losing their job? That's all I need to say." Sad truth. Paid for life. Obama was supposed to be the "Healer" among so many other falsehoods. He garnered a lot of votes from those thinking he was the balm or salve to sooth the last of racial unrest in this country. Wrong again! He seems to be stoking the fire at every opportunity, setting us back a generation or two. He radiates strong racial resentment, like his reverend of 20 yrs. Remember well his 2008 statement that he is against reparations for blacks - because it doesn't go far enough! You're seeing that man in charge now. Inspector General Barofsky said minority and women-owned car dealerships were given much preferential treatment on administration closures from the auto bailouts. More viable dealers (profitability & jobs) were closed. This too wasn't newsworthy, but in fairness there is far more going on than even the do-nothing media knows of. This sinister bunch never sleeps.

The ramifications from these nincompoops hastily ramming through all these Bills (about 10 thousand unread pages) will be felt for decades. An avalanche of paperwork and record-keeping never before seen will cripple small businesses, the economy and all forms of medical care. Rationed care? As doctors flee this dictatorial system, we will be lucky to get any care, after long waits in line. Businesses will be Form 1099'd to death. Never still for long, Obama is pushing for even more administrative regs for businesses - data about pay, as it relates to sex, race and national origin of employees. Everyone will be record-keepers for a Gov't regulatory morass, and the administrative nightmare costs passed on will stagger taxpayers, consumers and patients alike. So many, have no damned idea what these idiots have done to us. Obama and his minions have deliberately destroyed this Country! Brace yourselves, and at least get some measure of revenge at the polls.

I give you a huge example of asinine Gov't spending, redundancy and waste that rose from the ashes of 9-11. To "protect" ourselves we hastily created "A hidden world, growing beyond control." according to Washington Post reporters, Dana Priest & William Arkin. They found 1271 Gov't Organizations & 1931 private companies in 10,000 locations across the U.S. "A gusher of money" has flowed since 9-11. Duplication is unbelievable (as is expense) for over 850,000 highly paid top secret Gov't employees. 51 Fed organ in 15 cities track the flow of money to & from terrorist networks - they all have the same job and told to spend whatever it takes. They produce an estimated 50,000 reports a yr - most are never read. Nice. We can always look up what was going to happen after it happens. Great espionage! Couldn't 50% of this massive duplication read and decipher this info, or is that a stupid thought? The Nat Security Agency intercepts & stores 1.7 billion e-mails & phone calls daily, but doesn't have enough interpreters & such to analyze it all. Perhaps more gov't jobs are coming. I want to say "well done" to these reporters but the Post is so liberal I think this came to light only because it is wasted on national security. Did you know there are 70 different programs in 13 different fed agencies on teen drug abuse? 160 different job-training programs? 50 homeless assist programs? Plus many many more with little coordination between them. The Treas Dept's "Unreconciled Transactions" in one year cannot account for $24.5 Bill it spent! The IRS that hammers us for poor record-keeping cannot verify $3 Bill of its expenses! Medicare fraud is over $60 Bill annually. A cardiologist convicted of half a million in fraud said, "The problem is that nobody is watching. The system is extremely easy to evade. The forms I sent in were absolutely outrageous. Yes, let's have the Gov't run and regulate everything, and take care of us.

As bankruptcies go California is among the walking dead. Their gov't employees (civil servants?) commonly grant themselves lavish paychecks and pensions that are nothing short of criminal embezzlement. But the actions of one City Manager & Police Chief of Bell, Calif are down-right comical, they are so rash. Like, how long did you think you would get away with it? Bell population, 38,000 with 47 police officers. Manager salary, almost $800,000. Police Chief, $457,000/yr. Under pressure the Manager resigned but stands to get over $30 Mill in pension! Over $800,000 the 1st yr! There is even an assist City Manager making $376,000. Part-time council members get about $100,000. Bell is in a poor county. A couple counties over, the city of Vernon's top pensioner hauls in $510,000/yr. California wants us to bail them out. Why not?

It's funny how 2 progressive advocates for the poor and re-distribution of wealth (the rich should pay more taxes) live their own hypocritical lives. John Kerry tried to beat Massachusetts out of $500,000 in taxes on his $7 Mill yacht. That's a lot of boat. Hillary Clinton is spending close to $5 Mill for her daughter's wedding, half a million on flowers alone. 18 months ago they were begging donors to help with her campaign debt! It's like Al Gore preaching the evils of energy pollutants (global warming) while flying all over in his jumbo private jet and living in a well-lit mansion. There are rules for us, and rules for those lying elitists that would crack the whip. Dr Jack Cassell of Florida has a sign on his door saying, "If you voted for Obama, seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your health care begin right now, not in 4 years." Remember their frenzied rush to sign it, but it wouldn't affect you until after he was re-elected? Too late to retaliate - after you find out how awful it is.

Hot & recent news is Wikileaks and their 92,000 released tidbits. It will be a lengthy story I will talk more about next issue. I'll refrain from hasty conclusions and comments. The main media will not. They're anxious to slam America & its troops. They'can tell a lie, make it headlines to get a desired result, then later print a small retraction on page 30, without conscience. That's as low as you can go. I am cynical of Wikileaks source, Julian Assange. He is anti-war with an agenda and made a bunch of money. War is hell. Bad things happen by even good people. His most famous video bit shows a helicopter gunning down Iraqis. Assange (biased) edits it, then gives it an inflammatory title, "Collateral Murder" and he called Sec'y of Defense, Robert Gates "a liar" for suggesting the Americans were in a "combat situation." Assange admitted there was small arms fire. Film showed Iraqis running with AK-47 rifles. A rocket propelled grenade launcher was also found at the scene. That is a combat situation. 2 or 3 unidentifiable Reuters reporters were killed (too close in the scurry, too bad). This is war! Reporters decide how much risk they will take for action shots. Maybe they should have been with Americans. If I'm the pilot, there's small arms fire, they have weapons, and are not us - goodbye! In war we don't use tazer stun guns or let everyone fire first. That's stupid.

I said last issue that Obama forbade any military personnel from speaking at any "faith-based" public events anymore. Who might those religions be? And he forbade anymore "fly-overs" at the "God & Country Rally" (1st time in 42 yrs) because of its "Christian nature." It pays tribute to the Army, Air Force, Navy & Marines. He didn't go to Arlington on Memorial Day. Every President does. He just stood up the "Salute to Heroes Inaugural Ball" for the 48 (still living) Medal of Honor winners. No other of 14 Presidents since its start 56 years ago has missed this event, not even Clinton with his and Hillary's disdain for the Military. The Boy Scouts of America celebrated its 100th anniversary (that doesn't happen often) at its periodic Nat Jamboree this year - first Jamboree snubbed by a President. The Scouts are Christian oriented, like our Founding Fathers. Maybe that's the rub. That day, Obama was becoming the very first president to get his ego massaged on a daily talk-show, "The View." Did you see the photo of Barack and Michelle holding their left hands over their hearts? Guess they don't do it often. My greatest disgust is for the media that discloses none of these habitual insults and assaults on our Armed Forces and Christianity, our Nation's overwhelming religious following. You may be Muslim, Obama, but your insults and your inane declaration that WE "are a Muslim nation are crap! You're just going for "brownie points" on your Muslim world stage. Your open affinity for Palestine while rebuffing and insulting our ally, Israel fits this pattern. You even have our great space agency NASA shut down and neutered - ordered to reach out and embrace Muslim nations so you can get more points.

Tom Burnett Sr is the father of Tom Jr, who was one of the 40 heroes that rushed the terrorists and crashed Flight 93 into a field in Pennsylvania. He alerts us that the Ground Zero opulent $100 Mill Mosque (which will be a cheered symbol of scorn and Islamic victory over us) is the 2nd Mosque of ridicule. He reports that the Park Service is building an even bigger Mosque around the crash site of Flight 93. It is a half mile "Crescent of Embrace" modeled after the Islamic Crescent and Star emblem. It is pointed directly at (facing) Mecca, as tradition dictates for ISLAMIC prayers! A tower exactly 93 feet high has another crescent atop it. Islam believes there is only Heaven & Hell. Dangling from the top of the tower are 40 cylinders representing our 40 heroes - between top & bottom - is this their symbolic Damnation? I find these two desecrations absolutely revolting. They must be tied in together, but our Park Service? I refuse to see any of this as trivial or coincidental. Who designed this monstrosity? At who's request? Instinct tells me that the NYC Mosque is largely funded by the Saudis - who sent us 19 murderers! And they allow not one church in their whole country. They, and the Mexicans demand "their rights" over here, and allow none to us in their countries. Some gall! And that loud arrogant a-s, NYC mayor, Bloomberg telling everyone to butt out of his city's business - they can build their mosque right on Ground Zero. This is every American's business and damned-well out-ranks his big butt! 10,000 protested the Mosque 3 weeks ago. No news. The Imam of that Mosque says our gov't brought on the 9-11 attacks, will not condemn Hamas (terrorists) and is for Sharia Law that greatly abuses women, then stones and kills them - great American. NO citizen gets stoned to death here - ever! Get it, or get the hell out!


Obama said there would be a "Transformation" of America. Another term for transformation is Revolution. It has recently been found out that Obama has the power to order executions of American Citizens (abroad) deemed to be terrorists or threats. This was given to him under the cover of darkness 4 months ago - one more shameful discovery of unreported "news." His "hit-list" numbers more than a dozen, less than 2 dozen - so far. And, so far, it is restricted to those outside our borders - but that is the proverbial "foot in the door." American Citizens can now be SHOT or exterminated, without arrest, miranda or trial! Earlier, it was revealed that American Citizens can now (by Obama) be picked up, imprisoned and held indefinitely on "suspicion" within the U.S. - while awaiting some future trial! Unbelievably outrageous in its scope and sinister media secrecy! Never before possible in the history of our Country but it is NOW "Obama Law" with apparent "Ho-Hum" interest! Where was/is Congressional protest of our most basic of rights? Why aren't Millions in the streets? How long do you suppose he will "go easy" on us, before he starts to squeeze?

Obama likes to say his White House has "transparency." You've been told of countless "closed door" meetings. He was going to ban lobbyists from gov't positions - he has over 40 hired on. If you want to "hire in" you have to first re-register so you don't look like a lobbyist. Then, they initially meet with corporate lobbyists at the WH where it's logged - transparency. Then comes a half-dozen or more follow-up meetings (in secret) at the local Starbucks or other coffee houses. They may initially e-mail each other (corporation & WH dignitary) on gov't computers, but later "talk" freely (secretly) on their "personal" e-mail. THAT folks, is "transparency" Obama-style! Citizen Activists are ON to the coffee house meetings now - so look for future scheming to move to hot dog stand or subway-seat collaborating - just so it gets done. Secretly?

Obama said (to get health care passed) that the doctors sided with him. Remember all those white coats (WH provided for photo-op) on the WH lawn? They were AMA (Amer Med Assoc) members. Only 15% of all doctors belong to the AMA. But his AMA surveyed 1,231 physicians and specialists, asking for yes or no to 2 statements. 1) "Doctors order more tests & procedures than patients need to protect themselves against malpractice suits." 2) "Unnecessary use of diagnostic tests will not decrease without protections for physicians against unwarranted malpractice suits." 91% agreed with both statements. Doctors outside the AMA would have agreed even more. Over-testing is over charging. Doctors get paid "fee for service" so the more unnecessary tests they (ironically) run to "protect" themselves from frivolous lawsuits, the more they make to help pay those huge insurance premiums and sky-high administrative costs. This of course, will now be taxpayers making the lawyers rich.

Erskine Bowles, a democrat was picked to co-chair Obama's Debt Commission. He said, "If we don't restore some fiscal sanity around here, as a nation we are going to go broke... We face the most predictable economic crisis in history. The debt we are accumulating will be like a cancer and definitely destroy this country from within." Wow! Big surprise! This is Obama-speak for everybody brace for taxes - forced upon him by self-inflicted crisis. The most liberal president ever, wont ever cut spending. Not in this man's quest for redistributive social justice. But what about his and Biden's, "We must spend our way out of debt!" proclamations. Even the Europeans are telling us to shape up.

Good old CBS "Face the Nation" interviewed U.S. Att'y Gen, Eric Holder and said of Arizona's new law, "It allows police, if they "think" someone might be in this country 'illegally', it gives them the right to stop them and they have to produce papers to show that in fact they are citizaens." That deliberate mis-statement by CBS on national TV is a brazen LIE to get public sentiment on their side. There will be no retraction or apology for getting major facts wrong. The dirty Chicago-style mission is accomplished. Impressionable people saw it. Even if retracted, the damage is done and they know it. They (Obama, Holder & the Mexican Gov't) continually portray Arizona's simple enforcement of Fed law as cruel "gestapo" tactics. A lying administration with a lying, aiding and abetting multiple media supporting cast. Nothing could be more dangerous!

Former Orange County, California sheriff, Michael Carona - convicted of witness tampering (a felon) still receives $215,000/year in pension benefits, even while in prison. That's a criminal-sized gov't pension outside of jail. Wonder why CA is bankrupt? NY City residents pay $8 for every $1 paid by each city gov't employee into their pensions - milked the rest of their lives! Yes NY, and the city are bankrupt, too. Coast to coast it is Gov't Union fiscal insanity - or rape of the taxpayer!

How did you interpret Obama's directive to NASA head, Charles Bolden while drastically cutting funds for NASA and laying off many? Those remaining mostly just have "busy work," nothing of substance. We now have to rely on other nations to do anything in space. Bolden said Obama told him his "foremost priority" is to work with and build up the Muslim countries, to restore their faith in their own abilities to be scientific - aid them in technological development. NASA once stood for space exploration greatness. This NASA means Nurture And Self-assure Arabs. Did you hear about the protest rally to building that mega-mosque on ground-zero? About 10,000 (9-11 families plus 10 countries) protested on June 6th in NYC. I suspect you didn't since the most-followed media only tells you what they want you to know!

Judge Feldman, who overturned Obama's 6 month devastating moratorium on drilling based on "no rational connection between the facts found and the choice made" has been getting death threats, but you probably wont hear about that. The media did jump up (headlines) to shout "foul - conflict of interest" though, because he owned oil stock. Feldman is a distinguished judge and sold all that stock back in 2008. He owns NONE - and the lying scumbags who dug deep enough to smear with headlines knew that. They deliberately LIED by omission! It has dirty Chicago media, and Obama's fingerprints all over it.

Private sector jobs are NOT being created, deliberately! Costly gov't jobs abound. Obama says he's "trying" all the time, because he knows people are hot for jobs and the economy, even over terrorism. His actions always tell more than his words. He's destroying up to a hundred thousand jobs through deliberate delay in oil clean-up and his 6 month suspension on drilling, to "investigate." He had to create a crisis (the horrors of oil) to promote his Cap & Trade agenda. Defeated in court he slapped down another suspension. Defeated again, he just did another 6 months. I told you he wont be denied. He knows that big oil and expensive rented equipment wont sit around here waiting. Time is money lost. Our oil and gasoline costs will soon shoot up and it will profit other (many bad) countries. He "investigates" this obvious negligence of proper precautions (mostly by HIS own gov't overseers) with a panel of all anti-oil, anti-business appointees. Gee, I wonder how they'll rule. He artfully stuck BP with all the blame and gained the "blessing" of the people, using his media for mass misinformation. The bonus of another illegal aggressive corporate takeover not even U.S. owned was gravy. The delay (no Jones Act waiver) appeased his Union friends. The extra pollution upset some of his environmental supporters, but elated them in its long term sway potential in Cap & Trade, global warming carbon credits to redistribute wealth, and clean the environment - so embellishment was good. Now comes the huge flock of vultures circling the kill, Obama's contribution-friendly lawyers. They will confiscate up to 50% of every dollar they can "righteously" extract for those legitimately harmed - like malpractice suits affect medical costs. The plight of those in fisheries and tourism is devastating, but don't forget, FAR worse because of loose gov't overseeing and deliberate delaying. Then, lawyers and other crooks (coming in on the same planes) will plot and appear everywhere to work the loose and generous juries and over-burdened courts like they did after 9-11, where they're still "settling," I believe. I want to say, I do not begrudge lawyers representing victims one bit. Legitimate claims, reasonable settlements - absolutely. Those that solicit the airwaves heavily encourage bad and criminal behavior. The prevalent attitude is like, "Hey, let's give it a shot. We might get lucky -a goofy jury." I hate that.

Malik Shabazz, head of the New Black Panthers laughed and mocked the Dept of Justice and Att'y Gen, Eric Holder upon "dismissal" of convicted, uniformed Black Panthers (with clubs) that intimidated white voters on videotape. He was arrogant and smirking (like Obama) because he knows Obama and his racist DOJ will look the other way, no matter how bad or blatant, on film in open public. Their vile media will not show, write or talk of ANY "negatives" except to minimize or deny it. Unless of course, it is white (even remotely) doing it to black. Then, hell hath no fury like Obama's unleashed rabid media dogs. Shabazz (upon dismissal) laughed and facetiously said, "You know we don't carry any batons." Then he said, "Bush, it appeared had his way finally, in his last days. He had us. So the Justice Dept changed hands, into the Obama administration and the Justice Dept leadership changed into black hands by the name of Eric Holder, took a look at it and threw most everything out." Shabazz even admitted on FOX TV that he ordered the intimidation. Another time, he said (after 9-11), "Mr Bin Laden, gotta give him his respect. He's not bowing down today. The NAACP (Nat Assoc for the Advancement of Colored People) is now politically, not civil rights oriented. The DOJ has done nothing (in a year) to the SEIU Union thugs that brutalized and hospitalized (on film) Ken Gladney, a slight black man at a tea party. Now, the NAACP calls Gladney an "Uncle Tom" and sides with the brutish thugs! The NAACP is offering a resolution to its members condemning what it says is "rampant racism" in the Tea Party movement. They have nothing to say about the Black Panther at the Poll that said, "You're about to be ruled by the black man, Cracker!" Or this one vehemently, "I hate white people! All of them. Every last iota of a Cracker I hate, because we're still in this condition. You want freedom? You're going to have to kill some Crackers! To kill some of their babies! Let's get our act together." This piece of garbage was let go by Obama's DOJ and not even mentioned in mainstream news. And when Shabazz, head of the New Black Panthers was asked about killing white babies, he said, "I wouldn't focus on the babies... I would focus on the police." Bill Ayers, founder of the terrorist Weather Underground and bomber in the 1970's, who is well-connected to Obama and half his staff, had an infiltrator at some of their meetings back then. He said, "The question that was debated was - was it or was it not the duty of every revolutionary to kill all newborn white babies?" Khalid Muhammad, head of the Black Panthers in 1993 said, "I say if they don't get out of town... we kill the men. We kill the women. We kill the children. We kill the babies. We kill the blind. We kill the crippled. We kill the crazy. We kill the fagg-ts. We kill the lesbians. I say G-d dammit, we kill them all!" He said "Moms" are the producers of the oppressors. Obama's Dept of Justice, Holder and the rotten media apparently aren't concerned about the outspoken views, racism, hate speech and open intimidation of the militant Black Panthers. They, ACORN, the SEIU and other radicals seem to have a green light. But Holder and our DOJ is sending infiltrators into the Tea Party groups - to report back to him. And don't forget Obama's right-hand man, Andy Stern who says, "We know who you are. We know how you voted. We know where you live." Consider all this - not condemned, not acted upon - almost encouraged, not even reported to the public, when the NAACP calls the Tea Party people racists! And the U.S. Att'y General infiltrates them while dismissing the Black Panthers. Michelle Obama just gave a speech for the NAACP, praising their achievements. She and her husband are a disgrace! They are racists as I see it - abusing power and position to excuse or free (if not acclaim) other abusers and low-lifes!

I was appalled seeing the wimpy McCain presidential campaign. He didn't seem to even care about Obama's highly questionable, if not sordid past. WE voters deserved to know his radical associations, which were too numerous to hide. But McCain not digging or caring to expose him, PLUS the Media not about to (in support) allowed Obama to steal the election from an unknowing public. If you look back, he lied about everything. He promised everything to everyone - whatever your group wanted to hear. When he got "in" his promised "change, transparency, no more lobbyists or business as usual" was immediately thrown out the window. He is worse at all those promised changes than any of his predecessors. He's smooth. It's hard to believe he said all he did, with a straight face. Gigi Gaston filmed a documentary, "We will not be silenced" that everyone should look up on the Internet. It is somewhat dry, but telling. It is about voter fraud. Remember Obama's very close ties with ACORN and all their voter and registration fraud cases, supposedly going on right now. The DOJ (Dept Of Justice) is dropping pursuit of anything ACORN, including the infamous "pimp & prostitute" scandalous videos - not on Obama's watch. Do you really think all their wrong-doings in getting him elected in all those toss-up States will be prosecuted by his DOJ and Holder? The documentary shows the dismay of an elderly civil rights activist black lady who marched with Dr King. She saw several black men blocking a voting entrance (not the Panthers). She said she saw them tell an elderly white lady, "If you're not voting for Obama, go home 'cause you're not voting today." She said 4 or 5 others (that heard) also turned away, and she was "sickened" to see all she fought for - reversed. Consider, country-wide how much organized intimidation (unreported) was used (like the Black Panthers with clubs) to go with illegally stuffed ballot boxes by ACORN. DOJ lawyers were told they were not going to enforce "Motor Voter" law standards that keep dead people, illegals, felons and cartoon characters off registration roles. You can register by post card (no I.D. necessary). In Missouri (long history of voter fraud) in 2005, one third of its counties had more voters registered than people over the age of 18! Their Sec'y of State, Robin Carnahan impeded investigation then, and is now a candidate for US Senate. Think she will have ACORN's "support?" ACORN buses their people around to vote many times! As long as there are more names registered than vote - no red flags. I contend (by deliberate dereliction in their actions) that the DOJ is not just negligent - but CORRUPT under this regime. Holder was selected by Obama who doesn't contradict any of his actions. Both are involved in the worst kind of fraud in a free society - rigging elections! AND they "allow" Union and Racist thug intimidation! Hey, rigging, media and intimidation put them in power, didn't it? In America, of all places! How scary is this? Obama doesn't care! The Dept of Justice doesn't care! The Media doesn't care! He's still grooming his Supreme Court, for many years to come. Do YOU care? Enough to throw these criminal, disgusting anti-America bums out?

Obama studied Constitutional Law in college - I think to find loopholes, judging by deeds. The USA Today paper said the Tea Partyers, "are overwhelmingly white and Anglo, although a scattering of Hispanics, Asian-Americans and African-Americans combine to make up almost one fourth of their ranks." Overwhelming and scattering are odd terms - innuendo of something unseemly intended? Those are the demographics of this nation, almost exactly. Some people think I am too hard on Obama, but I don't have to be battered with a board repeatedly to realize someone is not a good person. When their guard is down and they are angry they can reveal their dark side. It can be so venomous that one glimpse is enough, so I quote him again. He told the American Legion he thought injured soldiers should pay for their injuries themselves, amounting to about $450 mil at the time. Remember, he and Pelosi were throwing Billions everywhere, pork for everyone when he said this about the maimed and amputees, "Nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn't compute. I thought these were people who were proud to sacrifice for their country. I wasn't asking for blood. Just money. With the country facing the worst financial crisis in its history I'd have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to help the nation's deficit. I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans." I still find these revealing words despicable! Especially from a Commander-in-Chief who never served or shed a drop of blood. If I was still in the Army I would have extra-special feelings for him!

In this especially heavy letter, I must pass on to you the true brilliance of Thomas Jefferson by quoting some of his famous, profound and absolutely prophetic statements from over 200 years ago. His foretelling of today's governmental power grab, corruption and greed is so "right-on" it's startling. All are numbered quotes. 1) When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe. 2) The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not. 3) It is incumbent upon every generation to pay its own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world. 4) I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the Gov't from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them. 5) My reading of history convinces me that most bad Gov't results from too much Gov't. 6) The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. 7) To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical. 8)I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property - until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their founders conquered. 9) No freeman shall ever be debarred the use of arms. 10) The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in Gov't. - Wow, and Amen!

Let me tell you a little about the sacrifices those 56 men and their families made that signed our Declaration of Independence. They KNEW they were pledging their lives and fortunes. They knew they were dead men if the war was lost - paupers if won. 5 signers were captured by the British as traitors and tortured before they died. 12 had their homes burned. 2 lost their sons in the war and 2 were captured. 9 fought and died from wounds. Braxton of VA, a wealthy trader died in rags. Thomass McKeam was so hounded, his family was moved constantly and he died in poverty. Soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge and Middleton. British General Cornwallis took over Thomas Nelson Jr's home as HQ. Nelson told Gen Washington to open fire. He died bankrupt. Frank Lewis had his home and property destroyed. They jailed his wife and she died within a few months. John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His property was destroyed as he lived in forests and caves for over a year. On return his wife was dead and 13 children vanished. THEY sacrificed for all of us. The least we can do is vote and get active. And maybe participate more passionately each coming Memorial Day and July 4th. Our kids learn from us -what we do, and what we don't do.

Those in power today, why are they always seeking ways to take our guns? Are they tyrants? Why have they no use for the knowing wisdom of Jefferson and our other founders? Why are we (The People) not running back to embrace Jefferson's gems? He KNEW, and most of us can see many predicted repugnant happenings all around us, getting worse by the day! We MUST unite and fight! First (now) get to those meetings (Tea or 9-12 ers) or start your own. Read about and teach others our U.S. History. None of us alive today were taught (by sinister design) what we need to learn and share today. Second, get in the faces and DEMAND honest answers of every politician (now & future) you meet. Be vocal, then VOTE! Don't vote alone. The enemy (and they are, you know) is crooked as hell and organized. Vote on everything. Make it a vow for the rest of your life. Go to the polls pushing someone and pulling someone. Now that you know - it is your duty. Let us escape this onslaught - and make Mr Jefferson proud!

I work with the Catch-a Dream foundation. which provides hunting & fishing trips to children with life-threatening illnesses. This past weekend we had our annual banquet/fundraiser event in Starkville. As a part of our program, we had scheduled Sgt First Class, Greg Stube, a highly decorated US Army Green Beret and inspirational speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn't have much of a chance for survival to come. Greg is stationed at Ft Bragg, NC and received permission from his C.O. to come speak at our function. Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO U.S. servicemen can speak at any faith-based public events anymore. Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us... Didn't know if anyone else was aware of this new policy. Wonder what kind of news we all will receive next. You're just starting to see the Obamanation. Your religion is next. I don't know about you, but this makes me furious. What a rotten thing to do by the Commander-in Chief. And I'm afraid we ain't seen nothing yet!" I offer this too, to all those "believers" out there that still like him, think he is a compassionate Christian, liking America and its military. I see Obama as very dangerous! AND the media (other than FOX News) that will ignore or cover up any rotten thing he says or does. Sorry, I've seen too much. FOX, talk-radio and the Internet are about all we have. Fight fiercely to keep them! Once mainstream media sees Obama losing power they will turn on him - to win back your "trust" and following. Don't ever forgive or forget who they really are. In the Stimulus beginning, hundreds of billions of dollars were sent to the States (announced with much fanfare) to kick-start unemployment with "shovel-ready" jobs. But the States used all that taxpayer money to bail out their red ink deficits - created by loose, sloppy spending habits, like lavish pensions for State and Union employees. They fattened Union paychecks of the already employed - unemployed, be damned! All that money just delayed the inevitible. It was thrown away. No serious spending cuts have been made or even considered. The stupid give-away was the politician's dream (State politicians this time), money from Heaven. Now they can postpone unpleasant decisions for a bit longer, pretending there is no crisis coming - like children. When the "Godsend" funds run out (and their idiotic spending as usual runs rampant) they will (again) thrust out their hands. State Gov'ts are becoming as dependent as half the population. That's human nature - like deer coming to a bait-pile.

14,000 people got bogus Homebuyer Tax Credits of nearly $2,000 each ($26 Mil). 1,295 were prison inmates and 24 were "lifers!" The IRS brags that they, "moved aggressively and successfully blocked or denied nearly 400,000 questionable claims and opened more than 150 criminal investigations - saving taxpayers more than $1 Billion." They are investigating 150, yet admit over 10,000 individuals used the same addresses to claim the same credit - 67 people claimed the same home and received the credit! Why aren't a lot of people going to jail - to join those already in jail with checks? Are they illegals? Scolding isn't much of a deterrent to obvious criminals. The IRS admits they can't police it and no one knows how many millions or Billions were lost on just this one program. They issue the checks first, then try to retrieve them - when or IF they discover the error. Read that idiotic statement again. Are we on the "Honor System" with taxpayer funds? This rinky-dink Gov't overseeing is going to regulate and run Health Care, and whatever zillion other things Obama seizes? How can you ADMIT that you hand out money that you can't police or verify at all? Dump it on the damned streets and say, "Those who think they need it - help yourselves!" Even Socialism isn't this loose and stupid, is it? How much do we pay these idiots? They maintain the program was a SUCCESS because it stimulated housing sales! Idiots!

Nearly the whole world it seems, chides our country's military for interfering, bullying or policing where we are not wanted. They like to say we invaded Iraq to grab its oil production, not to liberate its people and put down a mad tyrant (with 2 looney beastly sons). Hussein was bent on getting weapons of mass destruction (if not already possessing them). He had the money and strong desire to get them. Do you seriously think he wouldn't have - and share any fiendish weaponry concocted with any group wanting to bring it to us through our porous Mexican border? He readily financed suicide bombers. Many (leftist-media induced) seem to forget or ignore those obvious facts of that time, in their eagerness to demonize Bush, and America's thirst for oil. I believe Iraq owes us, big time, for our brave young's shed blood and our enormous financial expense to deliver them from evil. They should be giving us lots of low-priced oil (for a long time) in attempting to pay us back or say "thank you," but they're not. We are even now using our money and military to build schools, roads, water purification and electric power plants - generally rebuilding their country. We are now leaving with less than 10% of their oil going to America and we own none of their wells! What a monstrous, oppressive country we are! Invading empires typically loot, pillage, enslave and rule - not feed and nurture its people. Yet ask any captured Jihadist over there (adolescents on up) and we are looters and rapists - the Devil himself! We will never defeat these ignorant, simple-minded, brainwashed people in Afghanistan! All they have ever known, generation to generation is fierce religious obedience, or violent consequences. They are taught from birth, Death is a better world. Not for those at the top, and their kids - just you and yours. So what is there to live for? Here is a gun or explosives. There are the evil ones. Blow yourself up in their midst. Go to Allah and the 72 virgins and we will give your family $25,000 - maybe. How can we reason with or successfully fight that feeble mentality? We can't. They are still on horseback beheading each other.

The Supreme Court barely squeaked out another monumental decision (5-4) on one of our God-given Rights - to bear arms and defend ourselves. Note that Obama's Sotomayor was one of the 4 against us, and his other anti-gun socialist appointee, Kagan (who was a dear friend of his in college and gushes over him) would also be against us, the vast majority, like always. They know - we know nothing! Our wishes and rights don't matter. We still almost allowed individual cities and states to decide IF we can (as a nation) own a gun and defend ourselves. All those that think there would be less violence or crime if guns were banned are choosing to totally ignore evidence that proves the contrary. England confiscated all guns (from the law-abiding) and violent crime soared. Wash D.C. has experienced the same. Here is one country and one large city proving what I already knew and the media wont tell you about. I don't care to analyze it to death. It is apparent that criminals are bolder when they know they wont be shot at. It's that simple. They know they can beat the law and our easy system, but might not survive a sudden bullet! Any person (anywhere) has the basic Right to protect herself (and loved ones) from harm! A gun in the hand of a 90# woman helps equalize a confrontation with a 250# man. Just brandishing a gun can quiet a bad situation immediately. Most importantly, NO person or entity on earth can deny any other human being the right to defend - by ANY means necessary! If you can't see that - God help you. There WILL be consequences in America. Maybe not elsewhere but, "Don't Tread on Me" is once again rattling here. Take note, you Marxist cruds, if someday that 5-4 vote goes the other way!

Remember, to get the real news, to know what's really happening (or where we are being directed) you must read between the lines to see ahead - where Obama is steering us. His appointed CIA Director, Leon Panetta said the next "Pearl Harbor" will be "cyber terrorism." Also remember that Obama has tried different tactics to control the Internet saying, "Too much information is not helpful." At the same time he has had several of his comrades pressuring advertising boycotts of the Glenn Beck show. Cut him off one way - he tries another - and another. He wants authority bestowed upon him to (in a National Emergency) shut down the Internet. Sounds plausible, sell it as patriotic necessity - but get it seized. HE will decide IF or WHEN it is an "emergency," and he is good at creating a crisis, or perceived crisis (emergency). Beware! They point out that China controls their internet. I point out that China is Communist and Oppressive!

It has come to light that BP (oil spill notoriety) had more safety violations than all other oil companies combined - times 10! BP only got away with it because our highly-payed Gov't overseers got cozy and looked the other way. Were they paid to? Corporations know it's just good business (investing) to give Gov't "individuals of influence" Millions, in order to get favors or contracts that bring in Billions from that Gov't. The days of slipping the right person a box of cigars or fifth of whiskey to look the other way has expanded (the bigger - the badder) exponentially with the Gov't dumping hundreds of millions everywhere (without accountability) like the program I just spoke of. Politicians get the BIG bucks but it all trickles down through the Gov't employee gravy train that is corrupt BIG Gov't! And certainly to on-site inspectors. They make out at even City levels, but HUGE - hides lots of hands in the till! Unrelated, I want to say that BP gas station ownerships are local (mom & pop). Vandals and idiots striking back at BP service stations are as dumb as the rocks they throw!

Our Sec'y of Labor, Hilda Salis has placed ads all across the country and "created" 250 more Gov't jobs (taxpayer expense) to ensure that undocumented (illegal) workers know their right to being paid fairly. (Put those 250 Gov't people on the damned border, Hilda!) She gives an 800# to call that speaks to you in Spanish, of course. Go after those EMPLOYERS Hilda, if you really care - which you don't! Fine them heavily, jail them - make them pay a wage that will employ an American off the unemployed rolls. If that bumps up the cost of the product, so be it. Competitors having to do the same have no advantage. Folks, add the Fed Gov't to those boycotting AZ. The Dept of Education and the Border Patrol (of all people) have relocated their conferences to other states. Our dummy Homeland Securty head, Napolitano says, "The border is as secure now as it has ever been!" If ignorance is bliss, that's the happiest woman in the world. Her Deputy Sec'y, John Morton says he may refuse to process any illegal aliens sent to him by AZ. Obama's ICE (Immig & Customs Enforce) has eliminated 50 Detention Centers and wants to "soften" the whole image. They now have "hanging plants," e-mail access, free internet phone svc, bingo sessions, arts & crafts classes, dance, cooking & computer classes and movie nights, plus fresh fruits & vegetables and Continental breakfasts - all at taxpayer expense! Seniors in retirement homes don't have all these amenities. A sheriff arrested 14 illegals at a construction site in Farmington, MO, where unemployment is at 11.1%. ICE ordered the sheriff to turn them loose. Does it cost too much to "house" them now, with all the amenities?

Harold Hurtt, new ICE Chief was Chief of Police in Phoenix and Houston, 2 "sanctuary cities." His sympathies are with illegals. What a fine "enforcer" he will be. His asinine appointment makes clear Obama's position is, NO secure border and NO concern for rapidly rising drug trafficking and violence toward U.S. citizens. He supports this invasion which has rapidly increasing numbers from known terrorist countries! This is suicidal as a Nation. Is this all for votes? Obama's actions (not his lying words) are what you must always focus on. His long wait and "do nothing" response to the oil spill can only be unbelievable incompetence or deliberate "calibration" to create a crisis - to promote his agenda of Cap & Trade - another huge financial burden on an already bankrupt nation. And he seized control of another huge private corporation, that isn't even U.S. owned - BP. Obama is drunk with power, but we will get the hangover - or violently ill. His in-bed mutual love with Unions is sending us down their Marxist/Communist road as he keeps appointing radicals to key positions supporting his views. Don't forget his heavily pro-union appointment to the NLRB (Nat Labor Relations Bd) to tilt this "fair" labor board totally into Union power. Not much news - but huge ramifications laying in wait. Just as heavily biased Sotomayor is waiting to support him at the Supreme Court level, along with his (waiting) next Socialist justice appointee, Kagan. That makes two of his own choosing to tilt 5-4 votes in his favor, and they are young enough to interpret and dictate the law of the land to us (The People) for over 30 years! All these individual pieces add up to one big chunk of dominance over us. Every single appointment, action, or inaction must be viewed with utmost suspicion. Especially since all of them, along with the U.N. (and their "World Governance" utopia) want to take away our guns!

Obama met with Senator Kyl of Arizona behind closed Oval-office doors. Kyl said later at a town hall meeting that Obama said, "If we secure the border, then you all wont have any reason to support Comprehensive Immigration Reform." The W.H. spokesman, Bill Burton said, "The president didn't say that. Senator Kyl knows the president didn't say that." That is calling Kyl a liar. Knowing Kyl's decent background and Obama's indecent background and penchant for deceit, trickery and hard-ball ways, I think you and I know who the liar is. Obama is more concerned about a person of Mexican descent being hassled by police when getting his kid an ice cream cone, than American citizens living in fear of violence and drug dealers. Could Obama's priorities be any more clear? Why is he, Pelosi and Reid seemingly always FOR what 80% of polled Americans are against?

There are about 3500 acres in a National Wildlife Refuge in Arizona declared "too dangerous" for Americans to enter. It is the domain of violent Mexican drug cartels. Must we be afraid to move about in outdoor America? Big cities after dark I can see. Why doesn't our president want to, "kick some a-s?" He says he just wants to know whose to kick. Start here, prez. Show some Americanism. I'll give some simple advice on how to do it. Encircle all those bad people in that 3500 acres with well-armed paratroopers, then walk toward each other. I believe, at some point you might encounter and eradicate the problem. Assume that everyone you encounter is armed and dangerous and shoot to kill. We don't want to incarcerate them at taxpayer expense. Is that too difficult to understand? We put out forest fires bigger than that with smokejumpers, don't we? Now "banditos" are dictating to and threatening us! Where in hell is our leader? These murderous Cartels are getting ever bolder (like terrorists) in Obama's vacuous weak posturing. Mexico's Security Minister was just ambushed and nearly killed as numerous rounds pierced her armored SUV. Over 2700 casings were found after her rescue. She can't trust her own police since they've been infiltrated by the competing cartels. Mexican border towns are becoming ghost towns, residents seeking asylum on our side, entering our schools, etc. Cartels are shooting up Mexican drug re-hab centers, killing many and recruiting smugglers and hit-men - "Do it or die!" They behead women and childred and throw heads into the streets to set examples! This is happening on their side (so far) - 27,000 dead since their 4 year war on drugs. The police Chief of Nogales, AZ was told that off-duty officers had better "look the other way" if chancing upon smugglers or face sniper fire. They are now advised to carry guns and use body armor while off duty! It is said the bad guys have sophisticated equipment and know where our Border Patrol is at all times. Are you saying THEY are better than US? BULL! They just want it more than we do! We (Obama) are content with being predictable, lazy and insignificant. Phoenix is the 2nd worst city in the world for kidnappings. Mexico City is first. But OUR Federal Gov't (Obama) and Mexico's Gov't is suing Arizona for trying to defend its borders and people! How unbelievable and unconscionable is that? The MAIN job of the Fed Gov't (Constitutionally) is to defend all State borders! Of course Obama thumbs his nose at (or wipes it on) our Constitution. He refuses to help while Americans are under obvious attack (and he even sues) just to garner those would-be votes by illegals! He is despicable! Worse than useless. He is dangerous - traitorous in his sick quest for more votes and power. If the Media would acknowledge even half of what is going on, Obama would never have to demean himself so completely, groveling for those Mexican votes. If the people knew half - there would be 60 to 70 million hell-raising Americans voting to THROW him out! AND every one in the Senate and House even glancing his way! The more I dig through his garbage - the more I long for that day. And to those naysayers I say, "For God's sake, open your eyes or nostrils to the shoveled manure." Read about our TRUE History (before they re-do it completely) our Constitution and our Founders. Look at the no response (and worse) to violence in Arizona, and the oil-spill disaster (agenda utilized) that will cause even higher unemployment, much higher gasoline prices (think $4-5/gallon) and utilities, plus a bigger protracted recession. That loss of a Million barrels a day from his 6 month moratorium declaration will have far-reaching effects on this country, and he knows it. AND our basic "Rights" are hanging by their fingernails on 5-4 court decisions, while Obama, Pelosi & Reid openly defy the wishes of clear majority opinion (Of The People) at every turn. When do we say, "ENOUGH! Back off, sit down, and shut up!"

41st Issue 06/15/10

Obama, unconcerned with consequences, suspended all drilling in the Gulf for 6 months based (he says) on the advice of 7 experts. Those experts said, whoa, we didn't say that. This is such a common occurrence in the Obamaworld of facts, figures and quotes. He has yet to say one word TO the head of BP that he castigates daily, after nearly 2 months. Not even to ask what their plan of attack might be, or what should WE do? Isn't that odd for a potential crisis of this magnitude? He'll talk to Iran who wants all Jews annihilated but not to evil BP. Obama didn't feel any need to call an emergency meeting (worldwide) of experts on oil spills, or call in all beneficial equipment and experienced personnel, for advice and/or aid. Why? I think he wants another "crisis" to make media hay out of, and get sentimental public support to shut down a big chunk of our oil (and the 20,000 jobs that go with it) and to ready us for his Cap & Trade crap. His all-powerful EPA wouldn't even allow sand to be dumped on the beaches as a seawall of sorts (to prevent oil seepage into the marsh-lands) because of possible environmental effects. What in hell effect will the OIL have? And Obama keeps saying, "I'm responsible" while he's blaming everybody else in the same breath. He says cutely, "Do you want me to suck it up with a straw?" No - WE know YOU don't know squat! Get the hell out of the way of those that DO - and CARE! And these off-shore suspended rigs will now go elsewhere, taking all those jobs with them - and they wont be back after 6 months. I told you about him seizing 13 million acres - to declare it all as National Monuments. That means no drilling or jobs in these oil-rich areas as well. It all ties together (cunning & devious) in getting his will, done. Subtle takeovers are still takeovers. Dutch ships, expert at oil skimming were offered 3 days after the mishap. 13 countries offered skimming ships and were turned away! Why? Now he demands BP to speed it up! All that has happened is beyond doing nothing. This is presidential criminal negligence that will be felt for a very long time. The vast majority of Louisiana still wants the off-shore oil continued, too bad - the big O doesn't. Again, he can't possibly be this indecisive and inept - it is deliberate to create a crisis! Supposedly, a Waiver of the Jones Act of 1920 needs to be given to allow foreign ships to come in and do it. What's important to note here is, the White House says the Coast Guard hasn't granted that waiver, and the Guard says they're for it but the W.H. hasn't given them the needed authority. Each says it's the other's responsibility or fault for cripes sake! So nothing gets done. Or could it be because Unions (that Obama loves) hate "Jones Act" waivers. Historically, they have seen them as a threat to their jobs. If this is ineptness at the wheel it's an indicator of ability. In all he has seized to control, it doesn't bode well for health care, etc.! Obama also blew-off a Gulf Memorial Service, to attend Barbara Boxer's fundraiser - touching sentiment. He knows his priorities - so do we.

I don't know how you feel about that crotchety old reporter, Helen Thomas who just "retired" after blurting out (when asked what the Israelis should do), "Get the hell out of Palestine!" Oops. But she should be encouraged by the response to her response by Hezbollah (that terrorist bunch) that said, "Helen Thomas' answer shows... a courageous, bold, honest and free opinion which expressess what people across the globe believe: that Israel is a racist state of murderers and thugs." Who was it that said, "If Palestine laid down its weapons - there would be no more War. If Israel laid down its weapons - there would be no more Israel!"

Oh, the irony. Senator Reid is asking for more money to finance (of all things) the Deficit Reduction Commission. It's like a cruel joke. We're paying these clowns to find ways to CUT spending and THEY go over budget! Add this, the White House is asking all Gov't agencies to find areas within them, where they can cut spending 5% (a paltry 5%). Their reward for doing good is - they can spend HALF of what they save! You can't make this stuff up. Are our leaders idiots, or are they just assuming that WE are? Speaking of half, $10 of wages today buys $5 of the same goods in 1990 - before Cap & TAX! Are you making twice as much now? How about Pelosi telling artists and such to quit their jobs and pursue their dreams - now that she has them covered with health care?

Our "brilliant" president doesn't have a clue - to pretty much anything. He has never run or managed anything. Neither has anyone on his hand-picked staff. Every time a challenge (or terror act) hits him he goes into silence (which the media interprets as thought). When finally called out (sometimes by his own party) to do or say something - stop being "cool" or pensive, get emotional, show concern or anger, he follows like a parrot or puppet. Obama is a charismatic campaigner - a BS artist. He has no substance, experience or knowledge. He can't even speak well without rehearsed lines or a teleprompter.

Our Constitution called for 2 Senators to represent each State and to be "appointed" by each State's Legislature. That was to keep State Sovereignty high in importance. You had better act in your State's best interest, and not knuckle under to the Federal Gov't. or the influence of those outside your State's borders - or else. But of course, wiser meddling men knew better than our Founders, rammed the 17th Amend through and screwed everything up. Now Senators are voted in and bought by the highest bidders, to do their bidding. We are corrupt, wasteful and up to our butts in debt, with half the Nation living off the other half and screaming for more. That one maneuver virtually changed us from a unique vibrant Republic to a languishing mediocre Democracy overnight. Back then, States (like capitalism) had to compete for your tax dollar and please you, or lose you or your business to another. That choice is pretty much all gone now as the Nation is taxing individuals and businesses right out of the country! Once, we chose between States. Now it is between countries. Or do we TAKE this one back and repeal that lousy 17th Amendment? Today, a disclaimer comes with purchased copies of our Constitution, explaining that this was written long ago and does not necessarily express the views of today. Can you believe it? Are these left-coast publishers? Next, they will say it was just the ramblings of a bunch of foolish old men long ago!

I bring to you a letter I agree with from Professor I.S. Wichman of Mich State Univ. He protested a Muslim Students Assoc protest of Danish cartoons that portrayed the Prophet Muhammad as a terrorist. The group said the cartoons were "hate speech." Prof Wichman wrote: "Dear Muslim Assoc, I intend to protest your protest. I am offended not by cartoons, but by more mundane things like beheadings of civilians, cowardly attacks on public buildings, suicide murders, murders of Catholic Priests (the latest in Turkey) burnings of Christian churches, the continued persecution of Coptic Christians in Egypt, the imposition of Sharia-law on non-Muslims, the rapes of Scandinavian girls and women (called 'whores' in your culture), the murder of film directors in Holland, and the rioting and looting in Paris, France. This is what offends me, a soft-spoken person and academic, and many, many of my colleagues. I counsel you dissatisfied, aggressive, brutal, and uncivilized slave-trading Muslims to be very aware of this as you proceed with your infantile 'protests.' If you do not like the values of the West - see the 1st Amend - you are free to leave. I hope for God's sake that most of you choose that option. Please return to your ancestral homelands and build them up yourselves instead of troubling Americans. Cordially, I.S. Wichman."

John Q. Adams said, "Posterity: you will never know how much it has cost my generation to preserve your freedom. I hope you will make good use of it." Did you know that when Obama officially became president, as soon as March '09 he attacked our Right to bear arms? Quietly, no media attention of course. Georgia Arms (5th largest ammo manufacturer) was notified that their customary 30,000# of used military brass could no longer be purchased from the Dept of Defense (DOD) for reloading. It would now all be shredded (gov't expense) and sold to China for far less than American buyers were already paying, and this would cause the loss of half the jobs at Georgia Arms, alone. The DOD even recalled purchases of brass already sold, so they could shred it and sell it to China, at a loss! They don't need to pass a Bill banning our guns through Congress if they can dry-up all the ammunition. And there can be absolutely no other interpretation of this brazen action. It was a blatant immediate move to shut our guns down. Don't ever forget that! Did the media tell you this? No, the Internet did! Vigilant readers got so angry that thousands of e-mail protests hit the DOD and halted Obama's directive. This is the Internet that Obama wants to shut down (regulate through the FCC). As he said, "Too much information is not helpful." Helpful to whom?! So we thwarted him this time, but he and Hillary wont quit. They are coming after lots of our Rights! Jefferson once said, "The tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." All patriots are being called out - a call to arms, if you will. Find the nearest "Tea-Party" or "9-12er" meeting places in or near your town and let's show them what the original "community organizing" was all about. Become active, informed - your Country is calling and desperately needs every one of you. If you think this is corny I say you're the delusional one. Ignorance and apathy must end! It is our turn to act - our duty! We'll do it peacefully, but we'll damned-well do it! They are well-organized, determined and (I fear) ruthless - and already powerfully positioned, with a 90% complicit media. The British had all the advantages too, so what? We're the real Americans. Don't underestimate us! But that damned media. When Hugo Chavez took over Venezuela (the first time) he was ousted by media broadcasts rallying the people. Chavez is admired by Obama and his marxist czars - why? When Chavez regrouped and returned the 2nd time (successfully) he said he now knew to take out and take over the media immediately - which he did. Obama already has the media working for him - voluntarily. That is what is so scary and makes the threat so real!

In 2010 the U.S. Gov't is projected to issue almost as much new debt as all the rest of the world gov'ts combined! Much of what now follows is the gist of Glenn Beck's show of June 10th. It was a powerful and revealing show that was unsettling but I totally agree with. There will undoubtably be those that believe we are being melo-dramatic and this couldn't possibly be happening in America. Well those nay-sayers are wrong and if they don't at least consider - what if it IS true - they (or we) are doomed. I've told you in past issues about Obama's lying about knowing Bill Ayers, the terrorist bomber and co-founder of the Weather Underground back in the 60's. They had many common ventures together and Ayers never even went to prison. He teaches our kids in college today and writes coloring books with storylines for our youngest, and is still un-repentent. He says they didn't do enough back then. Today, Van Jones (I've told you how bad this self-proclaimed communist and good friend of Obama's is) openly carries the baton that Ayers once did and handed off. Jones founded STORM (Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement). Beck showed STORM'S working manual "Reclaiming Revolution." It teaches how to enact communist policies through use of militant street action. Jones says, "As leaders in this fight for liberation we should be role models of fearlessness before the State and the Oppressor." Jones, and his close friends (Ayers & Obama?) think of America as "The Oppressor!" Do you? Oppress (dictionary) - "To crush by abuse of power or authority, cruel exercise of power." America?! These people are nuts! Jones goes on, "STORM members brought in experience in militant street tactics, revolutionary agitation and coalition building. We believed we needed to help lay the groundwork for an advance guard organization to emerge as a future more powerful form of revolutionary political organization. Such would help militants to develop as revolutionaries." It is THEIR intent to "crush" - US! They're getting bolder - openly saying such absurd things more often. When Valerie Jarrett (Obama's friend/advisor) publicly praised Van Jones' contributions she and Obama knew all about STORM and his connections to it. They ALL believe in everything STORM stands for and I just revealed to you. Obama now has the power to "fundamentally transform" (as he promised) this terrible "Oppressive" nation of ours.

Van Jones and Bill Ayers are synonymous today. Jones (younger) just has more vigor. But there is that Weather Underground philosophical theme of Bill Ayers, "To kill all the rich people and break up all their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home. Kill your parents." Maybe he barked more than he would have bitten then, but he did blow things up, and he openly wished they had done more. Ayers' wife (also an activist with him) just organized the "freedom flotilla" that sent paid Jihadists to break through the Israeli blockade recently. In 2007 she said, "The majority of people who are activists have stayed the course in a variety of ways to overthrowing everything hateful about our gov't and corporate structure that we live in, capitalism itself." Sean Penn (the actor) uses his influence to say publicly, that people like Glenn Beck (and I) should be thrown in prison for calling an elected leader (Hugo Chavez of Venezuela) a dictator. Hugo is Sean's buddy. Hugo is an admired friend of half of Obama's staff. Rosie O'Donnell (another jerk celebrity) said into a microphone (about BP) "Seize their assets today. Take over the country, I don't care. Issue an executive order and say BP, guess what. Call it socialism, call it communism, call it anything you want." Does this sound like the America you want? This is the boldness and mentality today of those intending to take over. As Van Jones said, "We already have the White House. We've captured the House and the Senate, and have the democratic party." He only left out - they own the media too. Do you think they're a threat?

Larry Grathwohl, former FBI informant infiltrated the Weather Underground in the 60's and learned some chilling facts about their plans and intentions. He asked them, "What's going to happen after we take over the Gov't?" The response was that they would immediately have to prepare for a counter-revolution (that would be you and me I suppose). But dissenters would be rounded up and placed in re-education camps in the southwest. Grathwohl asked, "What will we do with those that can't be re-educated - those die hard capitalists?" He was told those would be eliminated. They estimated that about 25 million would have to be killed! He said later, "I want you to imagine sitting in a room with about 25 people, most of which have graduate degrees, figuring out the logistics of eliminating 25 million people - and they were dead serious." In the 60's they were a smallish group, mostly fanciful, not well organized - not a great threat. Today, in the scenario I've depicted it is a VERY big threat - to each and every one of us! Get scared and get involved! And watch FOX News - especially Glenn Beck!

China builds a coal-powered electric plant every week of every year. 70% of their electricity comes from coal and they have billions of people. If they have pollution standards at all they are far lower than ours. China is always trying to find more coal. We have coal in super-abundance but terribly reluctant to use it because of imagined harm to the environment. IF we feel we MUST burden ourselves with guilt, then mine and use coal (as anti-polluting as practicable) in the interim - just long enough to bridge that gap to sensible, viable alternative solutions. Let capitalism work in full bloom by immediately creating hundreds of thousands of jobs (when desperately needed) in the mining of coal and the building of electric plants. With the simultaneous implementation of natural gas-powered plants (and vehicles) our oil dependency on rogue nations would soon be a distant regretable memory! This is how simply burdensome problems (often not even real) can be solved if you loosen your thinking and discard needless inhibitions. We tend to MAKE life difficult. Quit apologizing and piling on the guilt for being a nation, vibrant, successful and resourceful. We are good and generous and still the envy of the world! Let's kick all present baggage to the curb and get America back on track for crying out loud. If the rest of the world wants to go down Al Gore's ficticious road to lunacy, and international redistribution of wealth, let them. Americans are free-thinkers and a proudly different breed. We may have faltered a bit, but are now righting ourselves and about to clean up this self-inflicted mess. Over here - we have work to do. You, over there, do as you will - and have a nice day.

The impresssion Obama and all his media gives is that Cap & Trade is going to punish those big nasty corporations that nobody loves. Look deeper. Fannie Mae has inexplicably acquired a patent on a means of measuring carbon at your home, so they know how much energy and carbon you're using - so you too can pay. Fannie also has the patent that they (or the Gov't) can lock your outlets in your home. Fannie (a mortgage company costing us hundreds of billions a yr) buys the patents for CCX (Climate Exchange) and will have the power to measure, fine and penalize - even shut off our power! Those fines will flow from CCX to The Emerald Cities Collaborative, whose Board of Directors is comprised of scoundrels, all with close ties to Obama, who was on the board of the secretive Joyce Foundation for 6 yrs and funneled $1.6 Mil to CCX to get them early financing. Now, CCX's board has Obama's union pals of AFL/CIO & SEIU, and Apollo - who designed the $787 Bil Stimulus Plan for Obama. Van Jones (Obama's good friend & Green Jobs Czar & self-confessed communist) slinked off when his signature appeared accusing our Gov't of bombing our own towers on 9-11. Jones was tied to Apollo and now reappears, tied to "Green for All" which is also in this den of snakes and thieves, raping the taxpayers in their quest for world power and control. It's unbelievable that the media (other than the one Obama wants to crush) can't find a story, with all these filthy inter-connections of familiar names. Now enters "ShoreBank" of familiar Chicago. It's a "community development" bank that finances "Green" projects. They lost over 100 Mill last yr. The FDIC did not shut them down though because private investors chose this one to "save." It's founder has a community organizing background closely tied to ACORN. The Clintons praised the bank when Bill was in office and the bank's V-Pres was Hillary's college roommate. They say they are a "Green" bank with the slogan, "Let's change the world." That suspect Joyce Found (Obama on Board) is one of the shareholders. The former Exec V-P of Shore was tied (several organizations) to Obama and terrorist Bill Ayers. Howard Stanback is a Shore shareholder and former Bd Chairman of the radical "Woods Fund" in Chicago. Obama and Bill Ayers were also on that radical board. Stanback also worked for imprisoned Tony Rezko, who gave $250,000 to Obama's campaign and gave him a real good deal on a mansion. Also on Shore's board is Adele Simmons, a member of "The Commission on Global Governance" (more on Global Governance later). Adele and Valerie Jarrett (Obama's closest friend and advisor) worked together. One Shore co-founder advised Obama's mother through her ties to "The Ford Fund," where Treas Sec'y, Tim Geithner's father worked with Obama's mother. Did Barry (Barack) and tax-cheat little Timmy play together? The group of lenders keeping Shore afloat include Goldman Sachs (heavily into CCX), Bank of America (BOA) and GE Capital (GE & NBC News & heavily into Cap & Trade). Note that Obama just castigated Goldman publicly and SEIU bussed 500 chanting Union members onto a BOA dignatary's front lawn. Is that Obama/Chicago-style pressure to, "do the right thing?" Cough up some money "for the cause?" Obama's fiery racist Pastor Jeremiah Wright has a $10 Mill loan line of credit at ShoreBank and Van Jones, who doesn't even live near Chicago has an account there. Shore also was given $35 Mill of Stimulus money - not a bailout!
So (after a deep breath) am I paranoid - or is sonething very sinister going on?

Most people agree that all Gov't spends too much and wastes too much and is far too much in debt. Only very serious and painful cutbacks in spending can do anything to change this - at State or Federal levels. People want everything cut that doesn't affect them, but every CUT affects someone (and potentially everyone votes) so even those few politicians that might want to do what MUST be done know it is political suicide. For the life of me, I can't see any possible way out of this dilemma except to let the crap hit the fan - the sooner the better. Only a fool or idiot believes we can survive this endless spending. You can ride this stumbling horse until it's dead or get off, lead it, and help it revive. It may not, but at least you will salvage some pride in the trying. Rip the band-aid off! Let's take charge, be Americans and tough this out - whatever it takes, however long it takes. People will return to family solutions and to their faith. The calming and compassion of both will see them through. Now (that said) - NO ONE will actually DO this. My mind was just meandering - musing, pondering realistic possibilities. So, next we must consider what absolutely MUST be done, but IS possible. As voters we must DEMAND that (from this point forth) every would-be congressman will sign a pledge of Allegiance to our Constitution, and that it will be an imprisonable offense for any politician to spend one nickel more than is covered by revenue in hand. They will pledge to immediately announce to EVERY citizen that ALL free rides are over! Go to work if you want to improve your status or preserve your dignity. That IS NOT the Gov'ts job. It is YOURS! Otherwise, settle for the most meager of provisions. The Gov't will NOW serve meals and provide rooms for those in need. Public education and basic health care (after overhauls) will also be provided for you and your family. No money or coupons will be entrusted - therefore cannot be misused. All politicians and public employees will be made to take an immediate minimal 50% pay cut and benefits. The Gov't employee work force will immediately be cut in half, for starters - adjust the workload and make do. When a politician's public service is over, so is their pay and benefits. They return to the real world and get a job - not become lobbyists. All lobbying will be considered as bribery and all participants will go to jail. We can tackle the thievery and waste in Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security by awarding a percentage of the savings to whistle-blowers and jailing offenders, and put strict limits on lawsuits. We need to overhaul the whole public school system too. Have academicians rip the waste out of education, just as doctors can do with all our health care! That's how I would do it, and if we stand tall together WE can do it!

I get sick of politicians constantly playing word games lke we're all too dumb to know what they are doing, or even talking about. Lately the word that rankles me the most is "reform." The dictionary defines it as, "improvement or correction of what is corrupt or defective." So, reform must be good, right? Like health insurance reform, or wall-street or banking reform or (now) immigration reform. It is (to them) just a catch-all term to justify to us, Gov't take-over and control. Like, "You DO want to clean up that which is corrupt or defective, don't you?" How could you NOT be FOR that?" Like - ending Global Warming? If (or once) they SELL you on some mythical evil they can then come to the rescue. They don't WANT to interfere, but they must of course, now take over, mandate and regulate - for the overall good. And they never relinquish any power once seized, regardless of how ineptly they run it. Everything Gov't controls, fails - some sooner, some later. But let's still do it again and again! With all our assinine Gov't spending, and "control freaks" in D.C. - where was our federal protection in an obvious need area? 4000 oil rigs in operation and not one plan of action, or piece of equipment for damage control! Yes, BP was to blame for skimping on known needed precautions. They're business people. They cut corners. Now they will pay. But where were the environmentalist nuts, like those that have taken over California and helped destroy their economy? Why did they not (and do not) pressure the Gov't for precautions and plans of action? But that doesn't excuse all those very highly paid Gov't overseers that again failed to make them comply - all the way to the Presidency. I just knew Obama ("Never let a crisis go to waste") would then clamp down on non-green energy. He has suspended all off-shore drilling and even exploration. What a leader. Obama publicly stated that he and his staff, "were on it from day one - that's all they thought about." And, he said solemnly, "The Fed Gov't is fully engaged and I'm fully engaged." Then "His Brilliance" (who's been on it from day one and just made us all feel secure) was asked whether Birnbaum, the head of MMS's shoddy overseeing (and who just stepped down that same morning) quit or was fired? He didn't retort, "Damned right I fired her." He said he wasn't quite sure what happened there because he was, "busy with some other important stuff" at the time. Again, what a leader! Arizona and Louisiana prove there is no State sovereignty anymore. Louisiana, taking the brunt of this oil disaster couldn't protect its own shores with berms without approval of the biggest meddling Gov't. May 11th they asked permission to immediately build 24 berms. 16 days later they were told they could build only 6, and the Fed would only pay for one! This is bureaucratic paralysis by analysis. Worse yet is that this inept group had no plan of its own. It is the State that will suffer long-term fishery and tourism losses. And Obama knew the decision while he was down there for a few hours for his photo-op, but announced it after he left. His arrival might have been a bit hostile for filming otherwise. He did the same cowardly thing when waiting until friday (and the long weekend) to produce the long-awaited White House response on Sestak - was he offered a job to NOT run against Spector? That gives the smell 3 days to dissipate in D.C. But Obama knew it when asked at his news conference. All that golfing, basketball, socializing with pro-sports teams, and fund-raising dinners during those first 9 days of missing in action were because (like he told McCain) HE can multi-task. Bush was far more on the scene with Katrina in Louisiana than Obama is now, but all the media would say is, "Why does Bush hate black people?" When HW Bush was president (21 yrs ago) he was reamed by the media for his Exxon oil spill slow response (still quicker than Obama's) and he had only been in office 2 months. Obama has had 15 months to "correct" Bush's regulatory procedures that he blames this one on. Will Bush still be responsible in Obama's 2nd term? Scary thought isn't it? He's leaving it up to the Puerto Ricans to decide if they want to become the 51st state - another 4 million democrat votes await.

What do you think of that Mosque (extra big and ostentatious) that the Muslims (most of the funding coming from abroad) want to build only 500 feet away from "Ground Zero and our fallen towers? There is varied media rationale for this endeavor, but what jumps right out at me is, "In your face, America!" I see them defiant, laughing and wanting their loud "Call to Worship" echoing over our Hallowed Ground. Remember, their founder was a Warlord. Don't you see this as an outrageous affront to America? And Obama appointed two devout muslims into our Dept of Homeland Security. Arif Alikhan is Asst Sec'y Policy Development. Kareem Shora (born in Syria) is a DHS Advisory Council member and ADC Nat Exec Director. I'm fairly sure they're fine people but the many kooks in their hostile religion do make me nervous in OUR Security.


How about that Deputy Sec'y of State, Posner's pitiful, pathetic pandering in Red China? While "visiting" he felt Obama's need to apologize for Arizona's behavior - to possibly the worst abuser of human rights on the planet. Somehow our enforcement of our border equates to their atrocious transgressions. Who IS this pip-squeak speaking for, and embarrassing us? And Joe Biden tells a Brussels, Belgium crowd that Brussels is "the true catalyst for freedom in the world." Didn't WE emancipate all of Europe - including little ole Brussels? I can't believe all the verbal abuse this nation puts up with, without indignant rebuttal by those we elect to speak up for us. The United Nations building in New York is a disgrace - nothing but a soap-box for every crackpot, despot and lunatic exhibitionist to take cheap shots at America and its people. Leaders of Iran, Venezuela and Libya quickly come to mind, but there are plenty of others. When the President of Mexico recently berated US on our immigration policy and securing our border, to standing democrat congressional applause I wanted to throw up! What a disgusting display by supercilious as-es, completely out of touch with their electorate!

I remind you of Obama's desire to be powerful in Global Governance - not just American. As he told the Europeans in his apology tour, he is a "Citizen of the WORLD." In a new World Order, as President of the U.S. he knows HE would be looked to first, and (I feel) has been setting the stage. This is what the Exalted One feels is his destiny - his right! Obama loves the useless United Nations, that is FOR global banning of all guns to ordinary citizens, and insistant on Global Governance for all. Just as our Fed Gov't has ignored our Constitution and steadily overtaken each individual State's sovereignty, the U.N. plans (with Obama's and Progressives' help) to take away Our Nation's sovereignty! We must wake up fast - turn apathy and disinterest into anger and firm resolve, or succumb to world dominance! It took years for founders (as many diverse states) to agree upon the Bill of Rights, and reluctantly allow for a Federal Gov't to oversee us all. The States feared that one day the Big Gov't they fled from and then fought and defeated, would someday again rear its ugly dominating head - well, here it is! They acquiesced only when they were assured they could secede later, if they didn't like how it worked. Well, it isn't working but today states are not allowed to leave. Otherwise, they would be seceding in droves. Now, back to the U.N.. They define Governance as, "Rules and practices that set limits on behavior of individuals, organizations, and companies." To that revealing horse manure, I say the U.N. will limit THIS American's behavior over his cold dead body! And, the U.N. says, "Private land ownership is a principle instrument of accumulation of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice." Hmmm, Obama and his 2 Supreme Court appointees (and a whole lot of Congress) are FOR "social justice." Obama addressed the West Point cadets recently and said, "The international order we seek is one that can resolve the challenges of our times." I say, "Who (besides himself) is seeking "international order?" To Hell with ALL others if it costs America ITS sovereignty, and way of life! The US Navy now runs a TV ad that proclaims them, "A Global Force for good." And Obama speaks of a "New International Order," being "Citizens of the World" and strong institutions with Global commitment to progress. Obama's buddy, Andy Stern (SEIU Union head) says, "We need a Global Gov't. He says, "Today I send this message to every emerging Global Corp: justice, family, community, and Union are the same in every language... and wherever you go and whatever you do, a new Global Labor movement is coming to find you." Al Gore says, "We will drive the change through Global Governance and Global Agreements." Bill Clinton talked at Yale about Global Community, and Hillary talked about "Global Citizens" and "Global Education." More and more we are all being indoctrinated by injection of these new terminologies and phrases - from many directions and many respected people. Time and repetition continually lessens initial offensiveness. Desensitization is a ploy of the devious. Obama and Progressives are devious. It's like being bombarded by obscene violence in video games. In time, that horrific violence and gore will seem less obscene - eventually tolerable, not as shocking. Weaker minds might then consider committing an act not even imaginable before.

It is known that many hundreds of very bad people are coming into the U.S. from Mid-East terrorist countries, and much litter evidence shows that members of every terrorist group lurking out there, is coming. They are diabolical, calculating and determined to harm us - while WE are apathetic and lax to the point of stupid. Our lazy fat-cat politicians bluster and bicker, as would-be butchers pour through our inane open-door border. These "politically correct" pompous buffoons ignore the majority that are screaming, "Shut and lock the damned door!" We will pay for this tomfoolery - and pay dearly - mark my words well! Heap your disgust and ire heavily on the mainly-followed media who willfully lead their followers astray - they know full well the extreme and imminent danger. I'll never believe they don't. Arizona State Senator, Sylvia Allen (explaining why they passed their Bill - SB 1070) says, people who live within 60-80 miles of the border have been terrorized for years. They regularly listen to gunfire in the night. They fear leaving their family alone and if all leave, there will be nothing left upon return. One rancher testified 300-1200 pass his ranch per day, vandalizing, stealing and cutting down fences. Those coming now, are much different than previous years. The last 2 yrs he has found 17 dead bodies and 2 Koran "Bibles." Another said (daily) drugs are brought over, military-style, strung out for over a mile (with machine guns) and will kill anyone in their way. 2 illegals came to him, shot. They were forced to carry drugs - then shot. Allen says the border patrol is 60 miles off the border, at check points, doing nothing to stop the invasion. They're not allowed to use force. Those they do catch are returned to Mexico's side - to repeat the process. 80% of law enforcement killed or injured are by illegals. AZ has a $3.5 Bill deficit giving them services, health care and education. She says, "Living in America is not a right just because you can walk across the border." No national media will say a damned word, so the insanity will go on & on.

39th Issue 05/15/10

Periodically I remind my readers that I have strong opinions and passionate convictions. I take much time and great pains researching to be accurate and factual. I tell the truth as I have come to know it, without apology. If I can't verify or prove it I will pass, not judging or reporting it. I have no agenda but to "save" our Country (in my own small way) from those I see trying to tear us away from our founding roots and wonderful Constitution. Never before, in the history of the world were there amassed so many brilliant minds in one place and time, 235 yrs ago. And they were there to jointly design the closest thing to perfect Gov't ever seen. No offense, but there is no leader in the last 25 yrs (and few in 200) worthy of shining their shoes. They commonly prayed and believed strongly in "Divine Guidance," which is being made a mockery of today. Those church and family virtues are now sorely needed and missing - and time is running out. I do not know it all and I am not infallible, but I have lived and now have time many of you don't, to dig beyond what huge, biased media tells you is the truth. After a year, I hope I have earned your trust. Nothing is more important to me. I do apologize for occassional strong language. Sometimes things are so outrageous, sinister or repetetive I find it hard to be civil. That too, is who I am.

On April 15th, 1987, over 7 million American children "disappeared." That is when children had to have a SS# to be claimed as dependents on tax forms. Most everyone in Congress cheats on their taxes too, it seems. Maybe it's because we see how loosely they throw around what taxes they do collect. Non-Americans (illegals) milked the IRS for $10 Billion way back in 2002. What would you guess that amount would be today? Dr Steven Camarota, Director of the Research Center for Immigration Studies has studied the drain on Social Services of illegal immigrants vs what they pay in taxes. For every dollar in they get over 2 back, or $2,700/household. If given amnesty, extra benefits would triple that. Plus, Dr Camarota says the IRS gives out tax I.D. numbers like candy, so illegals can use bogus SS#s for one purpose, then use bogus W-2s to attach (with I.D.#) to a tax form for generous refunds. Unless the IRS checks the legitimacy of the W-2 info there is no way to dispute the refund claimed. The IRS does not have direct access to the SS# data base, nor the resources to investigate millions of W-2s, and reconciling them with SS#s to determine accuracy. Did you know this? You can bet this archaic procedure gets around pretty fast among those with nothing to lose. And they each get back thousands from claimed kids through Earned Income Tax Credit, although they may pay no income tax. One out of every 10 babies born in the U.S. is by illegals, AND we pay for their births. If just 5 million illegal parents file for EIC it costs taxpayers over $25 Billion! A side note, did you know over 500,000 SS#s have all zeros?

There are more NY City transit cops than Border Patrol agents. Let's quit dancing around the issue of whether they're illegal aliens or immigrants coming across. This is all out invasion - deliberate exploiting of our loose and generous welfare system. I can't blame them if we don't care about our own border security, drug dealers and gang violence. Our lax attitude is idiotic. Even the Koran (muslim Bibles) have been found in the countless miles of border debris. But the worst Mexico has to offer, and the poorest are coming in droves, over that line in the sand we call a border, and it's not to pick fruit & veggies. 45 years ago Lyndon Johnson and Ted Kennedy (1965 Immig Reform Act) saw them as a huge democrat voting block. Since, they have become slave laborers (a little cash under the table and our dirty secret) with employers placing orders for "employees" with coyotes or runners on the other side. No taxes paid by them OR employers. With tax evasion money employers contribute to campaigns, then pay lobbyists to grease those same palms after they're in. Both parties are disgusting and have no shame. All should be in jail for screwing the taxpayers, in so many ways. They lie about the 12 million. That isn't even half if you consider those already here and "made" legal, plus, 350,000 per yr anchor baby "citizens." Anchor babies of the 14th Amend in 1868 was meant to protect newly freed slaves from being shipped back to Africa or such. Another law for "good" - ridiculously interpreted for BAD (to serve some crook's interests) 100 years later. We'll have nearly 30 million prolific settlers to care for - until the NEXT wave. Destroy our country for stinking votes!

Brilliant? Articulate? Off the teleprompter Obama is just as dumb as good ole George. On Arizona enforcing the Fed law that the Feds refuse to, "His Brilliance" says, "If you are a Hispanic American in Arizona, suddenly if you don't have your papers and you took your kid out to get ice cream, you're going to be harassed." Put that stupid "shooting from the lip" statement right up there with the Cambridge police "acting stupidly" and doctors cutting out tonsils or cutting off feet for profit and it's hard to see superior intelligence. I easily see superior attitude that slips up a lot, like when he just said (off prompter), "I do think at a certain point you've made enough money." Who in hell is HE to decide that? But he absolutely intends to take what HE determines is excessive. Then his tough-guy side, "If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun!" And as Gibbs, his spokesman says, "We'll keep our boot on the throat of BP." I don't like his tough-guy cliches. It shows meanness from a very powerful office. He regularly shoots his mouth off without facts, or makes them up as he goes, knowing the media won't criticize. Well, everybody ain't buyin what you're selling, Barack! Still, the media puts out 37 news reports against Arizona's position and just 3 FOR. Public polls are 61-70% for AZ too, but the press doesn't care, just like health care. We know nothing. They (and their buddy) know best! In this vein you've got to love Sen Diane Feinstein's statement, "I've gotten 90,000 e-mails and faxes on the health care Bill and over 85,000 of them are against it. After all the debate we've had, I can't believe so many people still don't get it." Do you think she, Obama, Pelosi & Reid feel a little superior to us? Should we dummies vote 'em all out?

Obama beds with the Unions (SEIU, AFL-CIO) and recently appointed SEIU's Craig Becker (extreme Pro-Union) to the NLRB (Nat'l Labor Relations Bd). Already they are undoing a procedure of 75 years that will soon say Union organizing meetings need only a majority vote of those that show up at the meeting to force it upon all! Unions are masters at these types of maneuvers (to kick doors open) just like Obama. They are out to "paint the nation purple" (SEIU's color) like HE said they would. Their aim is to now unionize the airways & railways (that should drive up fares or gov't subsidies) and get "card check" all over, so they can bully those daring to vote NO.

When you know that a president of our U.S. wants to shut down any and all opposing views and you also know he is charismatic and a smooth talker, be wary and listen well anytime he publicly speaks of such matters. No other president in history has ever said, too much information can be a distraction - not useful. When said at a time he is openly trying to shut down Glenn Beck of FOX News by pressuring for boycotts of advertisers it is sinister. Coupled with his maneuvers to declare the Internet a "public utility" so he can stifle and control it through the FCC - it and HE becomes an absolute tyrannical assault on our freedom of speech and information! Without question, this man abuses power. Did you vote for Obama change? Are you vocal and active NOW to change it back? Or are you just watching and griping? How much do you have to see? If you're watching NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN - you'll never see! They are his - and so are you.

The Cap & Trade already passed through the House (and Obama will soon try to ram through the Senate) dictates that you will have to register your home like you do your car or boat. Your home will be inspected by DOE (Dept of Energy) agents to get an "inspection label." You must be in compliance with all new standards of energy regulated furnaces, A/C, water heaters and appliances, right down to small electric motors and light bulbs. If not, you will be forbidden to sell your house until you trash everything NOT up to code and replace it all with NEW, at your own expense. How wasteful can you get? Can you now see how we will be dictated to, and get a glimmer of how much this damned Cap & Trade will cost all of us? You aint seen nuthin yet! And it's going to be far worse than just a bumpy ride. We have been bamboozled big-time! CEO Jeff Immelt of GE is on Obama's Advisory Board and owns NBC, CNBC, and MSNBC. Think he might have inside info, and make out all right for all his broadcasting of Obama's propaganda?

NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN, have tried to empathize with that lousy Times Square bomber and "understand" his anger against us. He was losing his home and such - boo hoo. The "American Dream" wasn't working out for this privileged and educated Islamic terrorist piece of garbage. But this media garbage in this country is worse than he is! He made 13 trips to Pakistan to train and still he screwed it up. Those 13 airline trips and lost work-time to learn how to murder us, cost money - should we pass the hat for him, left-wing media? And we got by again on dumb stupid luck! The bomb fizzled again, providing a VIN number traced to him. The FBI tracked him off this, then lost him somehow and found him again seconds before he taxied down the runway. If the bomb had gone off - how many dead? No VIN number - clean getaway. Boy, are we good! That dizzy NY City mayor, Bloomberg first speculated the Times Square bomber was a home grown "wacko" mad at health care or something. When told it was a Pakistani terrorist, he exhorted, HE and New York, "will not tolerate any bias or backlash against Pakistani or Muslim New Yorkers." What a pompous, you know what. Like, we Americans tore NY apart after the 9-11 towers fell.

The stock market crashed a thousand points on May 6th in a matter of minutes because many computer trading systems are programmed to automatically trade (mathematically driven) in nano-seconds. Far faster than the human mind can comprehend. In short, the robots (computers) were, and are in charge. Financial Armageddon is just a virus or hacker or short-circuit away, unless man can reign in this Frankenstein. It causes my quizzical mind to ask, "Have we become a nation of idiot reactionaries?" Is anyone at ANY wheel of Gov't overseeing capable of seeing ANY possible or probable scenarios of catastrophe, BEFORE it actually happens? We pay them unbelievably well - is everyone watching porn? Did we learn anything from the 9-11 disaster (after Billions spent) that Homeland Security successfully applied to the Hurricane Katrina disaster? No! We were as haphazard as any neophyte. What did we learn from the Valdez Exxon oil spill calamity 21 yrs ago? How to sop up oil on the beaches and study oily ecological changes? We are no better prepared or proficient at anything for all our experiences that I know of - just always Billions poorer. We have over 4000 offshore oil rigs and one serious mishap, so don't shut everything down, Obama. Learn and be ready, damn it! Design, build and distribute methods and machinery and speedy plans of action. The Boy Scouts motto is, "Be Prepared." Put THEM on your advisory board.

Again, that Gov't "foot in the door" appears - that always precedes "forcible Gov't entry" or "Big Brother." Alexandria, VA residents will now pay for recycling bins with tracking chips to record who is NOT recycling. They will "start out" NOT fining them (they say) but just to know to whom to send the "educational" materials. How could you NOT be for a "Greening" of America? Anti-Pollution? First a gentle nudge - then a "boot on the throat?" Obama wants to be like Europe. Recycling started this way in England and evolved into "inspecting" your trash to see what you're throwing away. In San Francisco is a "Composting Law." Using garbage cans too much and compost/recycling bins too little results in fines - so far. Tomorrow, who knows?

GM just bragged on TV about paying off $8.1 Billion in loans 5 yrs early. With what? They lost money! It was "payed off" with other borrowed money! Greece just got a Trillion dollar loan to pay off "loans" that will cost U.S. taxpayers $54 Billion for our part. And this will only postpone their inevitable collapse. Wall St bankers (like Goldman Sachs) are betting on that collapse through investment plays like credit default swaps, very similar to their play and profiting on those mortage failures that they knew were coming off the Fannie & Freddie collapse. Will Europe soon help US bail out California, the 7th largest economy in the world? And why is the U.S. Gov't buying tanking Euro dollars?

Who is to blame for the Gulf oil rig explosion and pollution? It's BP's oil, but Transoceans' rig. And it took Obama 9 days to make a statement, let alone do anything about obvious rapid pollution. It should have been encircled as much and soon as possible and torched, to burn off all that could be before hitting beaches. Any simpleton knows that. The ocean was calm for days as we looked for "fire boom" rigs that were supposed to be on-hand since 1994. One was eventually found in inland Illinois. I can't believe someone could not have dropped a flare or napalm or thrown a Bic lighter into pooled oil and gotten similar results. It doesn't expload like gasoline. But blame we're good at. Obama's mouthpiece (WH spokesman Gibbs) said, "We'll keep our boot on the throat of BP." What an elegant presidential statement - Chicago hood style. Overlooked is the overseeing role of our Gov'ts MMS (Minerals Mgn't Svc) - another richly-paid useless watchdog group. Last year MMS exempted BP's offshore operations from environmental impact scrutiny, saying a massive spill was unlikely. MMS, just a year and a half ago was literally "sleeping with the enemy" in a sex and fun scandal investigation. Again, no one (or their superior) is going to jail - not even fired from a cushy job? Tear this OutHouse of Representatives down AND the Senate and at least half of all our hideously over-paid Fed employees and start over - brick by brick! What IDIOTS want MORE Gov't? Besides Obama & Company, of course. Public servants - my a-s! Note that BP paid $15.9 mill on lobbying last yr and Obama received more from BP than any other politician. But there are over 4000 oil rigs in the Gulf with one incident (with no preparedness) and if we don't drill, China or Russia will - off Cuba. Will they care which way the wind blows?

Obama's "appointed" Sonia Sotomayor is now on the Supreme Court. Over 60% of her rulings before, were reversed by the Supreme Court -testimony to her prowess. She is FOR gun control. She had? strong ties to "La Raza" (SCLR) for years and SHE shaped many policies of this racist latino extremist group! La Raza means The Race. La Raza believes in totally open borders and that 7 of our states are STILL Mexico. They want ethnic cleansing - all whites, blacks & asians OUT of THEIR country. They hate Jews also and call Osama bin Laden the "Poncho Villa" of Islam. La Raza receives tens of millions of our dollars for charter schools, where they fly the Mexican flag, but NOT ours! What do suppose they teach? How do you like Obama's (and our gutless Senate's) first choice? How do you think she'll judge on border or Hispanic issues and Arizona's stance, besides GUNS? Elena Kagan (his latest justice appointee) is absolutely a socialist, tried to keep military recruiters off-campus while Dean of Harvard and supported Constitutional Rights for foreign terrorists. She is 50 (like Sotomayor) and could "rule" for forty years. Obama wants to re-do Miranda rights and "hold" CITIZENS indefinitely if under "suspicion" under certain circumstances. What happened to "Innocent until proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt?" They're already eavesdroping, reading our e-mail and triangulating where we are and go by cell phone. What's happening to America? Be very afraid, folks. This man is dangerous. Will his new grateful Justices support him?

Pro-abortion Pelosi is telling the Catholic Church to "instruct" their people to support democrat border policy and amnesty. Of course, Mexicans are predominently Catholic, but where is that separation of church and state she likes to preach about?

Did Obama's home state of Illinois support him in taking a stand against Arizona? They wont let a girl's HS basketball team (who hasn't gone in 25 yrs) compete for a championship in AZ, out of concern for safety and principles. They sent students to Red China though, without too much concern.

It's amazing how everyone (according to the media) is worried about Arizona suddenly becoming a gestapo state and the poor plight of the oppressed Hispanics. No one cares at all it seems, that a clear majority of AZ residents and citizens are FOR a crackdown of sorts, because they live in fear and are being overrun by a violent growing mass. If you LIVE there, it's a different world than where those finger-wagging critics abide. Unless you really have some FACTS, shut up - unless you have an agenda (like the media) of course. L.A. is boycotting, forbidding its people (more Gov't dictating) to buy from or go to AZ, but California is overrun too and influenced by the highest Hispanic population of all states. One gang has over 22,000 members.

The CBO (Cong Budget Off) now say they under guesstimated the health care cost by $115 Bill. Did this supposedly neutral unbiased bunch help Obama get it passed, or did he just get lucky again?
